Purely from a UNWIMH standpoint a shame - he's the one unknown in the race for me that could cause the fav some problems
Touched on Agrapart earlier in the week, and just wondering if the step up to 3m will be what is required, over 2m he was always outpaced at some point, his only run (besides his UK debut, which I feel is forgivable) over 2m 4f resulted in a win.
I know many think he is ground dependent (soft required) but anyone else feel it may be the trip he needs?
I've had 6pts win on him for the Rendlesham this weekend.
It just reminds me, and I'm not saying he's as good as him, of Thistlecrack, the step up in trip 'could' be the making of this horse.
Wincanton not going to play to Yanworths strengths and interrupted prep - might follow you in.
So what do we make of the run by Jezki yesterday?
The vibes of going down the Stayers look enhanced but i'm not sure he enhanced his chances in either race really.

Old Guard likely to go for Coral Cup:
"He ran well behind Modus in the Lanzarote off top weight, stayed on really strongly over two miles five, so we just thought the Coral Cup would be an absolute great race to run in. He’ll hopefully not be top weight."
Well that's saved me a few quid eh
Cheers
I know the Twisters like Ballyoptic and think he can go close in the Stayers, he's fit and well and this is his definite target...
