2017 Coral Cup

Key to Peregrine Run is the ground. Something close to good and the Coral should be perfect as he travels so well. He ran well despite the ground at Warwick.

Fahey pretty much said as much, if it came up soft they'd bypass Cheltenham....

And me Jackie. Disappointed (and a bit surprised( they aren't published on this document.

Almost definitely 142 bearing in mind Born Survivor, River Frost and Gibralfaro are all rated 143 and a pound higher in the weights.

Yeah I went through the same process and used the UK horses as benchmarks to calculate the Irish marks I was interested in.

Price collapsing :encouragement:

Just spoken to Peter. He hadn't seen weights and it looks like the horse may have gone up 3 pounds for standing in his box after Gayebury's win on Saturday. Anyway, still a great weight but plans remain fluid. The forecast looks a little unsettled which, hopefully, will mean they will be too scared to water too much. Ground could be ideal. Will be at the stable next Thursday so will report back then with latest news.

I'd have thought that El Bandit would go to the Pertemps? 3m looks very much his game...
