If you want to do this then join them via phone between 10am and 12 tues morning. Deposit and place your bets with the agent, they will always let you do singles with the freebies just to get you off the phone.

I believe all they need to see is the date and address on a bank statement and the company

As they use it as proof of address

They shouldn't need to see ur balance at all
 
For once I can be of use hopefully I work in KYC / AML , what the regs need is a clear copy of a valid form of ID (void passport with corner cut off probably not it) and a proof of address from the usual sources (bank etc no mobile bills) you can redact the transactions all you should need is the letterhead and name / address and date part

Serious question = how is bank statement a valid form of address when you can change it easily with a single call? The bank never proves you live there...
 
Good question most banks etc will use a third party provider to cross reference against electoral rolls etc I expect. I work in the corporate side so deal with companies rather than individuals so we use company registries and the like
 
Got the free fiver from PP, anyone worked out how to place the bet with it? I tried and it takes it out my account!!

Ha ha, seems a tad weird bothering about a fiver, but a free bets a free bet!! Just got a message saying they are having an issue with it and to try again later.

Yeah strange mine not showing up either. But know a mates worked OK. Re Free fiver.

I also bet ?10 through racing post app and due another free fiver off which I haven't got yet. Then another from a non runner bet I done which I will have to ask for again it looks like!! So it all adds up!
 
Think you have to go to promotions then claim it.
 
Yes just click on the banner & claim, mine appeared immediately under my account balance the you just use it when you place your bet
 
Yeah works now. Was some sort of issue with it. Anyone get non runner chelt free bets back or have to go asking? I know I had to ask last time first entry stage.
 
Mine appeared under my account balance but when i put horse on betting slip it doesn't give me the free bet option but is still under my account balance. Another fiver free bet has now been added but if i try to put the tenner on a horse it will only let me use a fiver and takes a fiver out of cash balance but the fiver free bet still stays there !

Not that I know what I'm gonna do with it ..... but my situation is identical to this.
