Jimmy would be very interesting back over hurdles.

Interesting from Willie with the Stayers Hurdle in mind.... "I’m not sure what way we’re going to go in the Stayers’. Teahupoo will be hard to beat, whatever we run. We have four left in it: ABSURDE, JIMMY DU SEUIL, KAWABOOMGA and JADE DE GRUGY. We’re looking at an end-of-season experiment to...

    2026 Champion Chase

Could have won had he not made that howler which was every bit as bad as Kopeks race ending mistake. Kopek 4/1 Lulamba 33/1. Loads of talk about stepping him up but let's see where he starts out and how he does. Can't see another Hendo runner likely to go for the 2m crown and the Ryanair could...

    2026 Champion Chase

Maj will jump them silly again like he did last year even accounting for him going LH. Couldn't fancy him ever again at Cheltenham though .

Didn't loads on here bet York for the title a couple of seasons back and they finished nearer last ?? Funny old game. Rochdale fans will regret the 6 minute pitch invasion.......oh dear.

    2027 The Prices on Offer

Would feel like a very strange year again if Henderson doesn't have a runner in either the Champion Hurdle or Champion Chase. Only happened this year by default.

Henderson immediately after Supreme re Old Park... "He looks like a chaser in the making. You'd imagine that's what we do but nothing's cast in stone, he could do anything. But I'd expect he goes chasing next season."

What's the likelihood of State Man returning next season? Lossiemouth aside, the CH market looks all over the place.

Has anything been said re him going chasing or staying Hurdling ?

Didn't someone on here say this year's Supreme was rated lowest in last 10 years on RPR's??

Of the two I'd be more certain of AOI going chasing. Not sure he'd be a BANC type. It would also be very odd for Nicky not to have a horse aimed at the Champion Hurdle. Take Lossiemouth out the race and OPS would be fav. That said, I wasn't over impressed with the Supreme this year.

    2027 The Prices on Offer

Could look a decent price especially if Hendo can't resist having a Champion Hurdle horse in Old Park Star.

Agree. Perhaps he'll end up a big money purchase ?? I'd take a swing at the pro ranks with Barton as well. Go for it !

    2027 The Prices on Offer

Trainer only went for Cheltenham Hunter Chase with Barton because owners insisted. He didn't think he'd stay and he was ridden like a non stayer. Whilst he won, on deeper ground perhaps he'd have struggled to last home. It'll be interesting how they campaign him next year especially now that...

    2027 The Prices on Offer

Trainer mentioned his target as being the big Hunter Chase at Stratford in a few weeks time so probably best to see how he does today and wait for that one.

Kim Bailey on White Noise.... "White Noise stepped into the unknown over 2m5f. She ran a very good race to be fair. Again she jumped and travelled nicely, but her form probably tells you she’s sharper at two miles. Tom was happy and offered no excuses, she’s done her best. No disgrace at all...
