@BigChaang and @ComplyOrDie its great you are seeking some help and letting your virtual mates know what you are both going through. Im certain things will work themselves out but in the meantime use this avenue to let of steam or even just to update the rest of us on your recovery. Very best of wishes to you both. Keep your chin's up.🤞

Sorry to hear of the current issues you're going through @BigChaang @ComplyOrDie

I'm hoping there's some near-term solutions for you, to get back to a better place. 🙏

If you feel the need to chat things through with anyone - or just chat racing (to take your mind to a happy place) - then Im sure theres plenty of FJ members who can be there to help out with that.

I'm happy to be included. 👍

Morning all, I don't know anyone here but I'm really grateful to have seen this thread this morning because it made me realise that I'm struggling a wee bit myself and I reached out to some people as a result.

Reading through the comments, it really struck me how much they challenge the idea that men simply don't talk about their feelings. We've got people speaking quite openly about some incredibly difficult things. And I feel like...when one person opens the door, others feel able to step through it too!

Maybe the issue isn't that we are incapable of talking or don't want to talk. It's just that we don't tend to start those conversations unless someone else goes first. Maybe we're not so bad at holding things in...we're actually good at holding things in until we find a place that feels safe enough to let some of it out.

So thanks to everyone who has contributed to this thread, it made a difference to my morning.
