Royal Ascot Day 1

Just the antepost winner in Great Barrier Reef for me today at the huge price of 5/1 a couple of months ago #shrewdie

The related first and last race double for me tomorrow. Victorious and Controlla.

Ombudsman antepost

And War Socks tiny each way in the Hunt Cup. And She's Perfect in the Duke of Cambridge.
Looking good so far Benjy!

V good day, almost brilliant had Miss Nightfall won.

Tomorrow's stabs.

Nola Soul & on just terms ew
Cannes & arc ole ole
Legacy Link
- no bet yet, but likely trawlerman, possibly in double with LL
Jamestown & flushing meadows both ew - got good prices before they were tipped so hoping for one of these to win
Mountain Cat - form looks good
Cosi Bello

Rogue Diplomat was a nice watch today, even after the race. ;)
He's a lucky boy to have a groom like that.
Still a colt as well.

Good luck to anyone still playing.

Must be the best looking groom in racing! An absolute stunner!

Slightly better day 2 1 winner and 1nr on lucky15
Day 3 selections

Coppull 3.05
Insanity 3.40
Glyfada 5.0
Gold Digger 6.10

Fingers crossed hope im amongst the winners today 🙏

We go again.

Revels
Believed / Heyzoom
Johana Walsh / Earth Shot
Trawlerman antepost (before the injury and not at the big prices he was between then and now haha)
Moonfall... St Anton / Outback Heat

Most of those in combinations. Trawlerman the only single I have, which I probably wouldn't place now in truth.

GL

Done well in the handicaps with Rogue being another winner yesterday. Hoping my luck continues...

3.05 all Joseph's horses and Joulany
4.50 Wechadd/ Laureate Crown/ Pathein
6.10 Cosi Bello/ Royal Velvet/ Great Acclaim

Fucking Jonny Dineen starts warbling this morning about high draws being a disadvantage in the King George stakes.
Maddie Playle weighs in with the stats.

Confirmation for me that the bloke is on the grift.
Entertaining but clueless.

If he makes any money at the game regularly, it has to be down to the inside information he gets.
Which to be fair, is most Pro punters edge in any case.

Obviously, it goes without saying that a low stall number wins today :ROFLMAO:

Gilded Prize
Moonfall / Laureate Crown
Oxagon
Apiarist / The Wizard Of Eye

Rahiebb in the gold cup for me at the prices

Took ages to get going in the leger. Hoping he will love the 2m4f and power home.

Varian tends to bring them on slowly so hopeful he has taken a big step forward from 3 to 4

Used the bet 10 get 10 free bet and put both on him so basically on at 13/1

Bit of a lottery tomorrows first race.
But
Tall Trees form was franked earlier and it's worth watching his run behind aperoll on debut.
Only got the message towards the end and ran on very eye catchingly.
100-1 ladbrokes worth a small play each way i reckon.

L.15..
Trawlerman - 4-15.
Endorsement . - 5-35.
Dance in the storm. - 6-10.
To go with one - already ran in the last race ..
Today's picks.

Two winners and two forecasts means it's been a very good day but the greedy bastard in me is still annoyed about Trawlerman  Cracking battle though

Plus a whole load of place returns on the multiples.

Another handicap winner yesterday so hoping the luck continues as it looks tough again today.

3.05 Hopewell Rock/ Omni/ Plage De Havre
5.00 Glyfada/ Rosa Inglesa/ Green Carerra/ Lyrics Of Life
6.10 Dickensian

For the Wokingham on Saturday, I have already backed Binhareer, Spy Chief and Soldiers Tree.

In profit for the day after first yesterday and then it went downhill a bit although had Jamestown at 33's ew so whilst disappointed he was on the wrong end of the pace and had too much to do to win, the place money was fine.

Still travelling well which for royal ascot is a rarity, but I've got 2 days left to fuck it all up. :ROFLMAO:

Todays racing has been harder for me to find bets, and the draw bias worries me in case they don't go stands side this year like last year, but I'm a sucker for having bets here so

Might do a muggy treble on the short priced horses

Tall trees ew
Zanthos (not backed yet but waiting for BOG later) - I do like all three of the horses drawn 1,2,3 but wary of that for obvious reasons.
hopewell rock (related double riding on him) and Plage de Havre (very consistent and dropped a pound for decent run the last day)
no bet yet in big race but likely to back true love at the prices.
Glyfada & Mixed feelings
Golden story
Jazl & Starmade

I was looking at that muggy treble for a while but settled for the muggy double on the first two in the end. Going even more muggy on the first and playing the lengths market as well!

Couldn't get past Moore picking the wrong one 2/2 in the Guineas

Looks incredibly difficult today. My shortlists (that aren't very short):

Warrant Holder, Opportunity, Plage De Harve
Seet, Glyfada, Rosa Inglesa, Green Carera, Spinning Around
Dickensian, Simplify, Bacio

Mostly well found in the market and I probably can't be backing all of them in singles or multiples so might end up just watching. Or with a few forecasts / tricasts.

Although there's some safety in numbers with Plage, Glyf and Dickensian above so maybe that's the Trixie.

All the multiples on the 4 shorties.

Charles Darwin form all wrong last time. Was brilliant last year at Ascot. Plum Draw. 6 places @ 29/4 seems very fair.

Dutch Joseph's two in 3.40 and cross doubles those 2 with Seet and Glyfada in Sandringham.

Third choice L.15 ..
As the others have run in the first race.
..
....
Song of the Clyde .. 3-05..
Sukanya .. 4-20..
Symbol of Majesty .. - 5-00..
Simplify .. - 6-10 ..
...... not expecting much from this ..
be happy with some place money.👍.
