Surely only one place Soldier In Milan will head next season, imo of course, will be the Grand National. He got a stone off the Irish handicapper, be surprised if he gets too much more of the English, especially if pissing about in Grade 1’s before Xmas.

    2027 The Prices on Offer

Crystal Island could be a nice BANC sort for Hendo. Looks a quality horse, must have been injured since his run at Ascot on debut.

I’d agree with that. Think Narcisco might have just been a level above the rest imo.

    Daily National Hunt Racing Tips

Didn’t think there was much point creating a thread for Scottish national werkend. Two Cheltenham fancies today who missed Cheltenham, backed each way double today as knew both would drift from their opening prices Wednesday evening. Secret Force and Donnacha. Backed King Of Answers while...

April ‘26 Yankee courtesy of @Hurricane Fly

I’m not sure white noise had her season built around Cheltenham imo. They rolled the dice with a 50/1 shot which they were more than entitled to do and it paid off, which they deserve credit for. Cant recall there being any noise around the horse or if being aimed at the race, Kim Baileys...

I don’t mind giving horses excuses post Cheltenham running in similar level of race or graded races…….but being beaten off poorer opposition puts me right off! Especially given she was only giving them 5lbs and was rated 16lbs better than the winner. The third only rated 116 beaten 2 lengths...

I thought he hurdled poorly? Suppose could mark up his performance given how poor he seemed to jump at times. Would need to watch the Ballymore back to see if it was the same there. There is some engine there though!

    Aintree Festival Day 2

Maybe a bit early to be slamming the jockey guys? I don’t know for sure but if horses are anything like humans when an injury or something painful occurs adrenaline etc will keep you going until you stop, that’s when it hits/sinks in. Doubt we’ll ever find out if he felt it straight away or...

Ruby was saying was because he was hanging/jumping to the right so Paul was giving him a slap or 2 down the neck to try to keep him straight.

    Aintree Festival Day 1

Not sure, worked out missing Cheltenham obviously. Maybe felt she wouldn’t turn form round with Selma, don’t think she was injured.

    Aintree Festival Day 1

Can’t be knocking Narcisco too much now imo. Mange tout a very good mare as well. Selma not worth following next year imo unless she can settle.

    2026 Grand National

They must have known yesterday when declaring him! You’re telling me you jump off the horse that’s given you the best day ever in racing and to add to that none of the usual WPM riders want the ride :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
