Yeah I tihnk you're right.... I suppose they thought Getabird was a better bumper horse, so if they both improve similarly, maybe Getabird is more likely to go Ballymore,

either way.... Samcro will have to be as special as he looks to win the race...
 
Paddy quick to cut him for the Ballymore, but let him unmoved for the AB, which may be telling.
 
Samcro, On The Blind Side, Getabird, Slate House.

I'd be pretty keen to swerve that race if he were mine! If he does go down that route, it could be the race of the week.

Good enough for me.... 10/1 best price with Ladbrokes Ballymore, which I Won't take as I've got 10/1 any race... but if anyone else is interested!
 
Think you'd have to favour Ballymore after those comments!
 
Paddy were only 14s at start of season ballymore when was 40s across the board. No doubt ballymore is the target after that performance.

All different owners all of high quality. If they all run and slate house comes out unbeaten he's an absolute machine. 1st 3 home could be very good prospects.
 
Anyone with a boiles account needs to punish them in cracking smart 20/1 ridiculous pushing him out. Ran a huge race. And he won't need to meet next destination/ samcro I'm the bartlett

But they have a history of not always running horses in the most obvious races. Think it’s most likely Ballymore but you couldn’t say ‘no doubt’. Reel steel could get beat MK and become fav for the Supreme. And Getabird could look as good as ND over 2.5m. They will keep their options open until the last possible moment imo and give themselves the best chance of most winners.

Agree entirely. Can’t get on with them but looked a total rick. Very good AB trial.
 
cant understand why Elliot dropped CS back to 2 and half after he looked so good over 3 last time out? Think hes still a huge player for this race if he turns up.

PP have cut Cracking Smart to 8/1 fav after that 2nd place today too ...


Monalee 2nd in the race last year went on to place in the Albert Bartlett... well worth the 20/1 - I've had 1.5 pts e/w on

Pp been shortest by a mile they'd need to get him in there ballymore books. And they're standout 12s for bartlett. Anyone who backs that is throwing money in hope away at this stage

Seen absolutely nothing better than him over 3m so far... didn't get disgraced by any means today and I haven't seen a better 3m win this season yet?

OTBS not likely to be here... Next Destination and Samcro are next in the betting, both now unlikjely to go IMO (in fact Samcro 0% chance) and then Debuchet, Getabird and Ballyward... two of those haven't run yet and alright, you can say Getabird is a player....

2.5m at Navan on heavy ground probably comparable to 3m at Chelts though imo. Penhill started out winning over 2m in his novice season and its more than just a race for slowboats imo.
