2026 Novice Hurdlers

Old school outlaw took a huge walk on the exchange out to 30 i think.

Has now come back in and last matched at 7.4

Not sure whether its injury related or people thinking she's skipping cheltenham.

Just thinking about the current weather and likely ground conditions, surely there is little chance Willie will send Mighty Park to a Supreme on better ground.

He looks a fair unit, a potential 3 miler chaser of the future to my eye, out of the same dam as Might Bite, who is a Presenting mare.

I can't see a way, unless the heavens absolutely open up over the weekend, how he ends up in a Supreme, despite what the exchanges may have been looking like.

On a side note for him, the Racing Post have stuck his RPR up yet again to 149, he was 144, then 148, now 149 :ROFLMAO:

Yeah I noticed his comments on the Irish Racing website. A lot of I think's and probably in the language he was using though.

In fairness he might well be suited to the turners. His jumping looked a bit sticky at times in the Flyer, there's a fair chance his jumping might find him out in a Supreme.
Based on his flat form you'd say he'd be suited to an extra 5f for sure.

That blogger lad just posted on twitter saying he just asked elliott about oldschool outlaw after filming a preview and he said she's absolutely fine.

Blogger also said the drift is absolutely baffling. I don't know if that's just his words, or elliotts too. As obviously she could be drifting if they're just skipping chletenham . He's yet to confirm if elliott said she's definitely going to Cheltenham.

So do we thick talk the talk is 90% going to supreme as now 18 on the exchanges ? Bearing in mind that’s where Joseph wants to go

He's now posting about other stuff, but not responding to any of the questions under the post about oldschool outlaw, asking if elliott said she's going to Cheltenham. So I'd hold off for the moment if anyone's thinking about going back in on her at the bigger odds.

How has she ever gone out to 30s without something major happening?!

No idea. You get these sort of drastic movements sometimes in the week before cheltenham, usually there's something to them but sometimes it can be just someone spreading false info somewhere.

Elliott has said she's fine, but maybe he has to lie for some reason if they're not ready to make it public, but thats probably unlikely. If there is something to it then it's probably that she's skipping cheltenham for fairyhouse.

Obvious to say but they're heavily weighted by money. Can start of with one little rumour and a slight whisper, a couple of people queue up to lay. People who monitor the markets then follow suit and by the time you know it, there's loads of people laying the horse and that's when the rumours escalate. It's so easy to manipulate the exchange markets.

Remember in 2021 when there was a rumour Allaho was out of the Ryanair and drifted massively before decs and some poor sod layed him at 40

Spare a thought for the greedy 'uckers who tried to nick a few quid laying Binocular in the champion hurdle at 1000 after the horse was announced out, only for a miracle recovery.
Someone at Hendo's had it right off that year....

Mighty Park not currently in the Turners!

Still time, but Willie has entered the others.

Last priced matched on BEX before suspension was 5.4. I struggle to believe that would happen if he wasn't going to be entered...

Just watching the exchanges myself after they reopened. Not sure on Saint Baco coming back down in trip but can't completely rule it out.

Out of the 8 confirmed by Willie I fancy 4 of them to show here. Fairly confident Leader Dallier Sober and Free Spirit are 3 of them. Trying to figure out the 4th, still have it a coin flip between Sortudo and King Rasko.

Edit: favoring Sortudo due to owners of Rasko
Imagine Paul will ride Leader D, Rasko and Doctor S across the 3 novices
