Did anything ever come from the rumour about Jeroboam Machin. There was a rumour before last season started that he had died but it hadn't been announced. Not one i am interested in, in the slightest but he is still in the markets.

Both Naas and Punchestown currently frozen, temperatures set to not be above 3-4 degrees during the day but not too far below freezing during the night.

I’d say both cards could be lost this weekend! Surely if frozen they’d need close to double figures for it to thaw out?

Bear in mind it’s not a Scottish 3-4 degrees Craig 😂

Not due to get below freezing from today onwards.
I'd have thought it'll be ok.
It;s not like it's been minus 10 for a week.

Sitting in my garden in Naas now. Strolled across the grass and it's getting wet and squelchy, definitely starting to thaw a bit. I'd be pretty hopeful it'll get there.
Instead of sitting in a cold garden, you need to get yourself down to Tommy Fletchers to get a warming whiskey down you Wiggy.

Haven't hit Tommy's in a while Spectre, you make a good point. Not allowed smoke inside so banished to the cold garden.

I was in there with a couple of locals on the evening of the John Durkin. It was a very slow start the following day!!
