Just coming to his senses after BDA struggled to beat SS last time. He'd be giving both of those weight if it were a handicap and made Ballyburn work hard for it on his last run. Fully deserves to travel over.

I’m not saying he doesn’t deserve to.
GE said he’s not a horse for the BANC because of his doubts about staying.
Be interested to know his thoughts now and what if anything has changed his view.

But he's won twice this season already over 3m ?? Is that not evidence?

His opinion was daft. He's changed it. We move on. I wouldn't let that impact my betting.

Not sure Gordon's ever won the BANC mind has he. Why wouldn't he throw everything at it. And maybe the ones he doesn't think suited are actually his best :beguiled:

It does impact the way I’m looking at the race.
Thats why I asked.
I had the same opinion as he had.
I still don’t know if or why he’s changed his mind.
And it’s something that I am interested in.

I weren’t looking at a discussion about it, that’s already been done on here the other week after he said he was a doubtful stayer.

Trainers spout bullshit after races sometimes, and say other stuff that don't always make complete sense. Or just meaningless tropes and drivel.
Not saying this is always or ever meant to deliberately mislead. And sometimes they provide valuable information.
Just got to decipher it best you can.

But for the types that hang on every word it can be difficult to wrestle with.
Pass the Kool-aid.

And he's not even declared any of them yet.
Even then, he's not opposed to pulling them on the day.

Yep I appreciate all that and you are absolutely correct.

Anyway, I can just stick to my take on his horses for now , until decs time, as doubt much will change in the way of odds now and all the time the fav is around.
