Laurina very strong on the machine this morning. Some big bets have gone in

Thought he had a chance next year but that is madness

Melon done me proud, cracking price!

Chasing for Laurina next seasons.

Get in happy with that! should never have been that price in comparison to laurina with the stormy Ireland form line

Laurina and Samcro to prove them all wrong next year over fences!

Sickened over BDA. Disappointed for AJ and Jack Kennedy. Looks like it could be a long aul week for Gordon, O' Leary and co.

Sick when BDA fell, then felt even more sick as Apples and Laurina bombed...if only Beuvair had stood up..

Brian Power had a couple of wind surgeries and was always well thought off from home work. A boil over wouldn’t totally surprise me but JPs second string most likely to disrupt. Jezki and BDA first time were McManus second strings.

Unsatisfactory but think the winner might be very very good

A good shout OV with Espoir, the difference this time was the JP first string never finished so we will never know which is aannoying ha but well done for highlighting JP 2nd string

100% hes a class horse, just needs some cut in the ground to be shown to his best and a decent pace to aim at. One to very much look forward to

After doing tall of the donkey work, BVD goes and falls early on and leaves us with loads of questions

Apples Jade.... wow, just doesn't like Cheltenham
Laurina, hyped up after beating a bunch of mares

Yeah, I'm after timing a little here... I backed BVD at the start of the season and was still confident going in to today.

I was RIGHT, BVD would have beaten both of those horses..... BUT the winner today was super impressive and I'm not sure whether BVD would have got by him.

I'll take a look at the race again, but that was some performance

Today was one of the weirdest Day 1 festivals i've been to... the majority of the races were won why 10-12 lengths

So weird that I'm going to chill out a little tomorrow (back down there) and see whether things start coming back in line

Don't want to be a sheep, but that sums it up so well.

I'm so flat about it... all we REALLY now know, is Laurina isn't a 2 mile hurdler....

and PROBABLY Espoir D'allen is the one to beat...

Still in Shock ........ B.D in a good chunk of my Multi's , Melon might just save my Bacon ....
Apples J disappointing .

still can't believe after the season AJ has had to come here and not even be able to beat SILVER STREAK, the game is truly mad at times!

Apples Jade looks like the Beef or Salmon of this generation.

On a line through Melons Champion Hurdle runs who I am guessing ran to a similar level to last year Buveur finishes second by about 7 lengths - I doubt if they will clash until Tuesday of next year but winner at 5 looks like he could goon to dominate this division for a while

Poor old Melon, festival form reads 2-2-2, the new My Tent Or Yours!

I actually think he'll either see a fence or step up in trip for the next festival, because of his solid festival form he'll be an 'any race' bet I will probably be having quite early on.

The 'any race' shout on Melon next year is a good shout. He's obviously a fan of the course
