Some bookies will price up the head-to-head between the two (Al Dancer and Angel's Breath) ... might be of interest for you? Al Dancer certainly has the more solid profile.

I've run pretty well, by being able to get out of a fair few bad positions at no cost, thanks to 366. Will have to be much more prudent next year, now that they've closed that loophole.

I've got to sort out my a/r book, which I think has been whacked a fair bit over the last few weeks, too.

Supreme - Klassical Dream - hoping the soft weather plays into his hands
Angels Breath - bought into the idea of the flu jab effecting him a lot and he should come on a lot for that run (worried by the inexperience of jumping hurdles)

Arkle - Hardline - no real interest in the race after CE and LR are non runners but like to have a punt in most races, hoping some go out in front too fast and he is sat just off the pace

Ultima - Mister Whittaker & COO Star Sivola both taken from preview nights and managed to get decent prices

Champion Hurdle - flipped between all 3, managed to have all 3 covered, best multiple at this stage would be a BVD win

Mares - BDD - expecting a non event race, happy to let her to go past without much on her

Close brothers - Lough Derg Spirit - alrhoughing drofting a fair amount this morning, if I pick up a few free bets then I will aim a few more shots but no strong fancies probably red indian for me

4 miler - got ok corral at very decent prices but they are all win only, prefer ballyward and have him covered in a few multi’s

Not my strongest of days but if the top of the markets come in then should be damage limitation today

Holy shit, I never saw those results coming in!! Friends are hassling me for justification but I’ve told them to make more effort than just read a newspaper on the day. I don’t have control over the results but just back what I think will win with my own money, if they lose then I lose but I’ll win more eventually......start playing I Am The Resurrection by The Stone Roses
