Actually, it seems like it was a solvent sale. In which case, very dodgy work I'd be surprised if the regulator isn't called in to look at it. Or we aren't being told the whole story.

As an aside, I see Ricci registered the business under "Dedcert" Limited. Lol

Nope, I left them after one bet on Minella Rocco when they refused to take a tenner on the NH Chase at 12/1

I’d only just joined and they advised I lower the stake or change my selection. I still have the conversation screenshotted somewhere.

Next morning, it was 6/1. Joke company.
 
Ive got a 4 team football bet that is about to be voided at odds of 5/1 and it is around 10/11 to land, so frustrating coz the account is restricted and I had hope to take a few hundred quid off them in a parting gesture.
 
Thanks for flagging this. Thought I'd check my account on the off chance as very rarely use Betbright and found a balance of 20 quid after a tenner each way on Arsenal for the Premier League was returned. Strangely not in my tracker so sadly not actually going to register as a return.

Update: my mother in law has just reminded me that I put this bet on for her...typical....Haha!

Doesn't affect me but feel sorry to those it does. It's a disgrace really. Hope Ricci has a winner and someone on ITV has the stones to give him a public grilling. It's a shame Matt Chapman likes him because he would be the perfect person to do that. Further reinforces in my mind why its best to either bet on the exchange or only with well established bookies that this won't happen to.

Hi all, new to the forum and have watched a few of the preview nights. i cant get over Hendo's opening comments on the Unibet night where he got his excuses in early, citing the vaccinations and the fact that his horses were box-bound for a week at a crucial stage in their prep. Does anyone think this will have a major impact on the way they run or has there been enough time for the horses to get back up to speed ? Thoughts?

Hi, fellow newbie. I'm more concerned about the horses that were due a run and then subsequently didn't get their intended prep run in. So Santini sticks out like a sore thumb. Had backed the front 3 in RSA market but def more confident in Delta Work and Topofthegame since
