Martin Pipe Handicap Hurdle 2019

I’ve been looking for the potential Elliott horse in this alongside the JP horse for Jonjo jr.

Palmers Hill has a big reputation and hosed up in November at the Open meeting. He doesn’t seem to have been missed in the market but you’d think he would be JJ’s ride?

I could see junior riding Tedham in this for his dad.

If ever Heineken done horse racing handicap plots , Jonjo would be your man. Progressive horse and wouldnt be the biggest surprise to see him go well.

Declan Phelan (P2P expert) last weekend re: Tedham....."Has Jonjo a better horse in his yard?, I doubt it."

Cashed out on City Island & reinvested in Not That Fuisse with the former looking Ballymore bound

Confident this is the long term plan then?

I had it in my head, the day to catch him will be when he goes up in trip.... (from hat Greatwood run - obviously).... I feel he's been campaigned quite openly, not sure he has much left to show?

Mark Howard update selections; Dallas Des Pictons (might need to go up a few pounds but is entered this weekend), Entoucas who needs one more run to qualify but is entered this weekend and Clarendon Street (who is entered on Tuesday) but might go to the EBF final instead of here

Hi all
First post, lurked for far too long
Just to say I have a couple of shares in Clarendon Street and the plan is EBF

Cheers Humble

Good luck in the EBF - thought he might have been closer to Birchdale first time out with a clearer run - looked to be going as well turning in but Nico got into traffic on the inside whilst Barry got a clear run outside - must have a chance!

ThanksCK

As I’ve posted on Owners Site
Not Nico’s finest , riding to orders?

Yeah possibly - I’d backed Clarendon & didn’t want to appear bitter but it wasn’t his finest hour!

Birchdale was tanking along. Barry had a double handful on the better horse. Can't find any fault with Nico's ride.

As the new guy on the block I don’t want or wish to be contentious

Don’t agree Boopa

My point isn’t which is the better horse but was CS given the best of rides?

I’m given to understand CS was entered first and then Birchdale added, that came from within the Ownership Group

I don't think there was anything wrong with the ride he got a nice tow into the race and saved ground on the inside. Birchdale would have won regardless.

Thought the ride a poor one, switches CS 2/3 times doesn’t get a run
We beg to differ, moving on

He was forced to switch inside Kingsplace blocked him from going outside. Can't jump over them.

Welcome to the forum :)

Best of luck with the horse and thank-you for the update.
