Triumph Hurdle 2019

Good luck all adjali backers for the race tomorrow.

This is the 1 time pre chelt I'll be against him.

Why so Scooby? If he doesn’t win tomorrow then he doesn’t win the Triumph... surely?

Best of luck with Dogon tomorrow Scooby. A few of us on here though are hoping he isn't such a Good'n (anag) that he becomes PN's first string for the Triumph!

Ah I see... the Dogon connection. Good luck with him Scooby.

Ha, excellent :)

Good luck with Dogon tomorrow, hope he doesn't do his FW mark any harm and Adjali hacks up!

GL Scooby. I didn't get Adjali owners badges, I got Wholestone instead, if he wins might see if I can involved with the trophy presentation lol. Have a great weekend everyone catch you later

Apart from the obvious

Adjali is carrying a 5 pound penalty. If he gets mugged on the line by Dogon, fakir doudaries , pagero. He'd still be a live one for the triumph.

Don't be suprised if one of them 3 are better than you may think.

You deffinately wouldn't want to be beat by our power / Nelson river.

Gl Scooby.

Just been having a look at the race, and i had Fine Brunello as eye-catching on his debut run. Not necessarily saying he's a winner tomorrow or anything, but i see JOB's other runner is M L Blockstock owned, and Fine Brunello, was owned by them in FR before JP bought him.

A little strange?

I can only go on my own opinion. I see pp are 10s rest are 20s.
Aside from that. He's not good enough imo.

They've had a load all with guy cherel there was a dispersal, a select few were kept. JP bought the rest. He sent laskadine to hendo. The rest stayed with Joseph.

Yeah i would've thought it was more FW form than Triumph form LTO for him. Just slightly intrigued, he did very well. Just the level would be questionable!

He ran 10L behind protektorat in France if that helps.

The flat form of pagero is red hot. No idea how keen he'll be or if he can jump though. I was close to backing him at 50s yesterday. But wasn't 100% he'd be declared. If he goes back out to 50s I'll back him.
I don't think Barry had the choice.

Adjali from NH blog.

I have always liked him and I hope this horse starts off what could be a big day for Simon and Isaac who will be at Cheltenham tomorrow so we have been planning for them to have plenty of action! This was the natural place for Adjali to come since the G1 Finale Hurdle at Chepstow and he’s been in good form at home. Despite getting beaten I think he did nothing wrong and two good horses fought out a very good finish but sadly there could only be one winner. They finished a long way clear and to be fair Paul’s horse just wasn’t for passing, no matter how hard we tried, but luckily we haven’t got him to contend with here! I would have thought this track will be an asset to him and he’s in good shape. Good to Soft ground is absolutely fine for him and I’m very hopeful.

Thanks very much, what ever he does tomorrow. Pic d'orhys a different standard. (Apologies if Dogon wins the triumph):highly_amused:

Really Intruiging Truimph Trial... Can not help but have a little nibble EW on Pagero

Hard to work out. Been running over 1m2 on the flat. Form is rock solid. Will he get the trip. Will he settle. And can he jump. If you combine all 3, this would look too much for him. if he goes and hacks up at 40/1 you look at his form and think why diddnt I back that.
But if he pulls like a train down to the 1st and dosent even want to jump it. Then you look a tit.

Intriguing race I'd agree.

Jonjo/ JP have another that's just as hard to work out. (Apart from you'd know he'd get the trip.) That will prob go for the Adonis. Who's name is VALAJANI

I love Wholestone Billymag !, give him a Pat down the neck and a Fat Juicy Carrot from me .. Cheers.

To win the Trial and win at Cheltenham:

25/1 - Adjali
50/1 - Our Power
125/1 - Nelson River

Nothing else quoted

Adjali 7/4 looks like buying money. Nothing in the race to me. O'Brien on a fact-finding mission.

I wouldn't be so sure.
Joseph's horse is his best on all known form until sir erec proves otherwise. The owners declined to sell. But sold nearly all there others. His French form is good. And there might be another in there your looking over. Who also has good French form.
