Happy to dismiss both races now.
Though felix won well it was a strange race as I didn’t think at any stage they were going to catch him. So he may be a player still
 
Felix was humped by Aramon at Navan. That's the strand of form that I'd take out of it.

Whilst I doubt the latter wins the supreme, I wish I hadn’t cashed out on him. Especially when it was for a loss when he got beat last time.

Yep
Probably not as straight forward as that when pace is taken into account but the flyer looked weak beforehand and unless you believe felix is vastly improved making a strong pace then it can be ignored. And the maiden is placed in more perspective for me also.
I’ll go with partially believing felix has improved and will wait on the maiden form for next time

Aramon looks rock solid to me. A strongly run 2m on good ground is perfect. Travels jumps and has a turn of foot off a strong pace.

Not sure he’s ran in a quick race yet though.
Today’s looked the strongest gallop over 2 miles in Ireland.
It’s possibly the falsely run races that’s confusing the form.
That’s not to say that winners off slower gallops won’t benefit from strongly run races and improve for it

I'm in the same boat, but not bothered I cashed out on him.

It does mean I'm less likely to back him again, and I am not going to, but you can get 25/1 now so you wouldn't be far off giving yourself the bet back if you wanted to?

Still cant really see how he turns that form around with Quick Grabim though. Fingers crossed QG gets back to full fitness in time. He looks the stand out horse for this race to me as we stand.

He dosent need to overturn that form for obvious reasons. But aramon form himself is nothing special at all.
 
Ruby said they went a 'really good gallop' it wasn't falsely run. Faster they go the better for him.
 
I’m sure like me , even though nice bets have been placed.
Most of us have doubts that the aramon/quick grabim form will stand up in March.
It’s just never felt right has it ?

I cashed him out a while back. That's the reason I got moaned at for not writing what iv cashed at the bottom. Because i diddnt want 100 questions.
You'll have to wait for official news. To confirm.
