Well beaten but still finished 2nd, so small profit if backed ew with 7 runners.

      • Fair old mover in the 4.25 at Southwell, Kilcaragh boy, trained and ridden by an Armson, not familiar with the name, 25's into 7's. This is a 7 runner handicap with this horse on 10st and the jockey claiming 7lb, so off a featherweight, could still be out of the handicap though, I haven't checked that. Only 7 runners so the money likely to be win as opposed to ew, somebody clearly likes his chances, assuming the gamble is genuine, interesting, he does have a win on his cv from 2016.

        • 2nd again for Kilcaragh boy, 50% profit for those who backed it ew with an sp of 8/1, 7 lnths behind the winner though.
An interesting one today is Buck bravo in the 4.45 at Exeter, Dai Rees/Sean Bowen, 4/1 with 5 places offered at 365, 1/4 odds, so money back for running into 5th, and a decent win chance.

            • Hi He, been distracted by business and a new granddaughter recently.
Spotted an interesting one today though, Redcar in the 2.30 a James Given newcomer, Royal Sands, was 12's last night, 4/1 now, Barry McHugh jocked up, there's a well fancied Gosden fav in opposition but this one has been fav on his two previous starts to date and found one too good each time.

                    • Good idea Mr McGoldrick. I tend to listen to the racing in the week and occasionally see a horse I’ve seen race before and due a win at decent odds so happy to share on here.

A couple of winners. Not far off paying for a Canadian with it.

A few races I wouldn’t have normally bothered researching or watching, so it helped pass a quiet Saturday!
