Too may ifs and but. He’ll be 10, extremely hard ask

id be surprised if we see Allaho again tbh, so hard to get these back
I'd imagine if he's fit he will run in the durkan against galopin

And given allaho always badly needs the run it'd be very unlikely he won

That's why I don't feel the need to get involved at this very early stage

I'd never normally even consider backing a 10yo for Cheltenham but it's allaho and he's my favourite horse in training and owes me absolutely nothing after his 2 ryanairs and punchestown gold cup

    • 10 year olds drop off way too much for my liking, never mind a 10 year old coming back from a year off

      Hard to back for me

if he was beaten in the JD, then fair play for those that would go back in and back him. Don’t know whether he would bounce, or has same ability, or if he was just done done with the game

Every horse has their price .... doubt they'd over react though even if beaten.

I'd be wary as well for the same reasons as you .... surprised he's your favourite horse in training FinalFurlong91 - fair enough though, I thought that was bonkers first time I read it and then couldn't put together an arguement as to why so I haven't ... I tihnk I just wasn't interested in him last year at the price then he didn't make it so I got bored of him .... probably 'cos it's the Ryanair and he's not a sniff on Vautour too.... and he annoyed me by losing to Minella Indo in the Albert Bartlett when that was the only horse I didn't cover..... there we go, now I know why I'm bitter

                Not really.

He said 'We'd like to go chasing with her'.......so could mean either way I suppose as per the above tweet.

Personally think she should go Mares Hurdle as I reckon she'd have a huge chance in that.

Snowden must be very tempted to go the Mares Hurdle route without last year's best Mare Honeysuckle and perhaps without the second best Mare Love Envoi . Huge price in view of impressive MNH win especially with winners of that race having a very decent record in the following years MH.

                  He's an extremely good horse

And nothing better than a bold jumping front runner over fences

                      • Looks like the Sky trading team have found their sense of humour, clipping Lossiemouth into 2/1 for the Mares is an horrific price.
The top dozen in their betting are taking up around 140% of the book.
                        Are they NRNB already ?

She's been steadily clipped by everyone since this year's festival ended. Almost gone unnoticed. She's either Honeysuckle in disguise or punters have gone loopy.

I doubt they've taken a penny, my guess is a filthy clip and hope the sheep flock, horrific behaviour...

She was way ahead of the other 4yo's last season but it'll be a whole different pond this time around. Agree, she is way too short.

Iv had the least amount of Cheltenham bets iv ever had

All the markets look like they are nrnb

The amount of time to the races and chances of injury just arent factored into Cheltenham antepost at all anymore

Much like obrein horses on the flat for the classics
