    • You've certainly had your Weetabix this morning Eggs, or maybe you're feeling revitalised after the Liverpool comeback kept Luton in the bottom 3

      Thanks for posting all the trends info.

      • No Ordinary Joe entered at Kempton on Saturday, possibly a trot round to try and drop a lb or two ahead of another go in the Pipe.

        I assume any weekend rating changes are factored in ahead of the Cheltenham weights being set?

              Thanks for the confirmation, Ista.

              I remember thinking Third Time Lucki was doing the same last year ahead of a bid for the Grand Annual, he then went and won in February and got put up 5/6 lbs. Saturday's race is only worth circa £10K and JP doesn't need the cash so am more confident NOJ will be saved for the festival.

                ….Henderson ATR Stable Tour;

                He would be in the Coral Cup, he finished second in the Martin Pipe last year. He schooled this morning and is in good form. It would probably be helped by spring ground.

                • I could see Comfort zone turning up here and would have to be of interest. Been given time off to mature and strengthen before coming back for the spring festivals. Has a nice mark. Obviously Joseph has won the race before with Banbridge. If you watch his last few races back he’s always been strong at the finish so I think there’s every chance he goes up in trip. Obviously the main concern would be getting him fully tuned after the layoff, did run well enough on the flat though in his last run after 224 days off.

                      Was just coming to say the same haha!

                      Looked like winning the length of the straight turning in ‘then found nothing’

                          Suspect JP may want him in the other race to Sa Majeste (140 IRE before Noble Yeats won the Cleeve), so I think he'll end up in Pipe with Sa Majeste in the Coral

                            I'd be surprised if they went for Coral Cup where the near on graded horses do better. Plus look who owns him! He's not going to want Henderson saying he's going for the Martin Pipe and he's got a tonne in hand. JP done it with Early Doors, finished 3rd one year, done nothing all season, rocked up a year later and won. 16/1 NRNB is very fair.
