Go off Evs, have a day off! Not a chance hell

Not my own opinion - just how I think the market will shape up. Lots of decent judges out there who really like Edwardstone and Arkle Favs usually harden in the market rather than drift.

I’m willing to put my entire online reputation on the line right now and say there’s literally 0% chance Edwardstone goes off under 6/4 if Blue Lord runs. He won’t even be fav ffs. The Irish will smash into BL. Evens is a crazy price.

A new face has been added to the Sporting Life Arkle picture as Gavin Cromwell has supplemented classy novice Gabynako for the Grade 1 at a cost of... Read More

                • When a 150 novice is stepping back to two miles and being supplemented for an Arkle, it tells you all you need to know abut how good a renewal it is.
Luck is a dividend of sweat. The more I sweat, the luckier I get.

                  • I'm wondering (hoping) whether Skelton might just leave Third Time Lucki in the Arkle today in view of the beautiful forecast for Tuesday.

                    • I'm trying to think has that happened before, such a move by a trainer to supplement one for the Arkle, a horse that wouldn't at all be on any of our radars for the race? Quite a statement by Cromwell, this move.

16/1 NRNB will do for me
This is a weak renewal, I dont rate the Irish form... load of 5 year olds from the Fred Winter!.... not keen on most of their jumping either

Edwardstone a sound horse, good jumper, has done very well this season. However, I'm happy to take the chance that TTL with course form on decent ground will have too much pace down that hill for these. Course form being the biggest decider for me

I really wished TTL bypassed Sandown and Warwick, just stuck with 2 runs at Cheltenham and the run at Donny (both have become decent trial races for the Arkle), and come fresh here. Oh well... I'll take the chance
