Fair price, my only concern is he'll be right up with the pace and there will be others happy to sit in behind and pick up the pieces (not that there will be many pieces!)

Mugs bet. Picking the first 3 home is such hard work, even when it looks like a 3 horse race. Too many useful horses behind them - I fancy one of them to finish 3rd

I wouldn't agree that there are too many useful ones in behind.... if those 3 run to form nothing else will place.


However, getting 3 horses to all run to form is very hard (like last years RSA)..... more often than not you get a Champion Hurdle from last year scenario.




It's 5/4 for all 3 horses to run their race, I don't think that's a good bet personally.
