Was a very good performance from Sangennaro. Led from start to finish, and pulled away again.

Wonder if he'll be purchased or not!

Starting to shape up now, the cambaraces should consist of most of these.

        Galleo conti
        Garfield
        Sangenarro
        Gammin d'oudairies
        Messagere
        Falstaff
        For fun
        Fujimoto flyer

will take some winning. And fujimoto flyer aside, will be interesting to see which of the above list get purchased to come over here. I'd be extremely interested in any of the top 7 there for the triumph.

He won today on the level beating an odds on Haggas jolly. Trueshan was already rated 103 and may get nudged up a bit more. I’d say they are covering themselves in case he does go hurdling as he'll be one of the highest rated off the flat.

His win today may convince them even more to keep to the flat and not risk him over jumps. He’ll be able to run in some decent races next season.

QUOTES: I thought we were in trouble when Hamish loomed upsides but he battled really well. He has schooled but he is not going jumping. He is going to have his winter holiday now. He's done enough. I am thrilled with him. They are two good horses. He wouldn't want fast ground and I thought he was floundering a bit on that today. Good or good to soft would be ideal. We will work back from the Ebor which would be a mid-season target for him next year - Alan King, trainer.

I've been trying to find a price for this fellow...liked him from day one as I have had knowledge of this horse since foaling. There were different plans for him once upon a time...but always suspected he would be a triumph type before Tim Leslie picked him up. I have already backed Mick pastor some time ago...but want to add this chap...not denying part sentiment but I really love everything about him.

McCain could do with a good horse again

                            • Was thinking today what happened to Never Adapt? Seen once last year and went off like a scolded cat only to be headed and then stayed on again into third. (Beaten by QD). I have tweeted Seven Barrows but nothing back. Any news?
