I guess I could have 50p on something and find out myself! But I don't get involved until September earliest as a rule.

I backed an Alan King 3yo for the Triumph a couple of seasons back around September time and in the New Year found it was not even in training for NH and so cashed out.
I would take 12-1 365 over 20s with WH any day, if it wins, great, but that cashout is priceless.
In fact I closed my WH account to stop me being tempted.
You'd take 40% less at this stage of the season? If you're willing to do that, it shouldn't be a bet imo.

I can't remember Kev, my first bet of Cheltenham with them last year was Ballyward and there was no cash out available until the back end of the year. I'd guess at October timeLast edited by Faugheen_Machine; 21 March 2019, 05:45 PM.

I do recall putting on a five fold last year which I could never cash out at any point.

Still not watched the festival back yet... but Minella Indo (as I've just mentioned on the monthly forum thread) is interesting at 20/1.... I'm getting tempted
and it also brings in Allaho at 33/1 with WH as a potentially standout price.... then again - target wouldn't be clear for him for at least 10 months
Not backed either, yet.

Has Ollie mentioned it? Can see him going a similar (bonus incentivized) route to Kalashnikov this season! He definitely doesn’t lack pace just needs a truely run race to be seen at his best! Stiff 2m is ideal imo!
Edit: Brewinupastorm for the JLT surely if going over fences...Last edited by SeanRock; 21 March 2019, 07:23 PM.

If Brewin is his best though, could a stiff run 2m be up his street?
Not like he wouldn't run them against each other though.... right horse in the right race kinda fella.
25/1 for TD is on the radar though.

They were pretty hot on it come February, but horses being ruled out in September and October they were quite lax on, they even added it back on for Never Adapt about a week after she was ruled out if my memory serves me right.
With no WC to farm free bets on I imagine i will mainly stake on Skybet and bet365, something would have to be a real standout on WH to make me switch over
