Wouldn't have a clue what I'm doing but I'll help swell the numbers. I'll wait until some others have posted, then substitue some "guesses" of my own using their staking plan(s).

Group A:- Scooby - 23/10
- BigChaang - 7/2
- Joleg - 9/2
- Aaalowe9 - 9/2
- The King Pimm - 11/2
- Fatcatshat - 9/1
Gone for Scooby as a relatively short priced fav here. He’s proven on FJ and is a paid tipster so has to be installed as the clear market fav. Felt abit harsh putting Fatcatshat (definitely the best named poster on the site) as the outsider of the six here but as he’s a new poster with just 16 posts, and therefore unknown on the tipping front, it’s a big ask on debut, to outperform proven quality in Joleg, TheKingPimm, Aaalowe9 and BigChaang - let alone our market leader for Group A. Hence why on a betting format, he’s the outsider here but if course it’s all in good spirit with no offence intended to anyone. Good luck to all.
Gameweek 1 Heats:
Aaalowe9 v Scooby
BigChaang v Joleg

Group B:- Al Boum Photo 100/30
- Taylorch1990 - 100/30
- MiddleOfMarch - 4/1
- SizingJohn - 9/2
- Chaser1980 - 13/2
- Bigfish - 15/2
Decided to make Al Boum Photo the favourite here as he performed well in the last competition on FJ. In an open looking group, I make him the marginal betting fav with Taylorch1990 next in the betting even though the former hasn’t got many posts to his name. Like the Triumph winner going into open company, he’s priced up on potential here as I think he could be a good’un. As for Taylorch1990.. I think he’s an excellent judge on the Cheltenham threads and if bringing that to the daily tipping required here, he could go well in the outright comp. Not really sure how to price myself but I’ve gone for a steady third fav with the three new posters at the back end of the market as they’re somewhat unknown quantities. Made Bigfish the outsider simply based on some of his wilder posts on the forum so far - of course no offence is intended but I can only go on what I’ve seen from posters so far. He could be a dark horse.

Group C:- Spectre - 5/2
- ComplyOrDie - 11/4
- Crolwey113 - 5/1
- Craigy14 - 5/1
- SalubriousChin - 6/1
- TheRowebott - 6/1
Have to say this group has two very strong contenders here who could both go far in my opinion for outright honours. Both Spectre and COD have tipped up various big priced winners with Spectre a previous winner of a DG competition. Some good posters in this group too to make the top two in the betting work for their place in the knockout stages. There’s a poster in this group who I hadn’t realised had posted as many times as they have done but having looked through their profile..I wouldn’t at all be surprised if they had a good run here. I won’t name them though. Actually I will.. Rowebott. The other three are all very knowledgeable posters in their own right so I think this is undoubtedly one of the toughest groups of the competition.
