These are the conditions:
which, are qualified to run in Hunters' Steeple Chases
under Rule (F)41 and which, since October 1st, 2016,
and before February 25th, 2019, have been placed FIRST OR
SECOND ON TWO OCCASIONS in a hunters' steeple chase in Great
Britain or Ireland OR have WON TWO OPEN STEEPLE CHASES at
Point-to-Point Meetings (i.e. Gentlemens, Ladies or Mixed Open
Races) in Great Britain or Ireland OR have WON ONE OPEN STEEPLE
CHASE at a Point-to-Point Meeting in Great Britain or Ireland and
have been placed FIRST or SECOND in a hunters' steeple chase
Fenno's Storm won two Open PTP's in April and May last year (as well as yesterday) so appears to be qualified.Last edited by Bayoffreedom; 28 January 2019, 12:44 AM.

Would
April / May last year count?
Because previous winners ie salsify failed to qualify even though hed won the previous year...
Looks like it's been charged since.Last edited by Scooby91; 28 January 2019, 06:14 AM.https://scooby91horseracingtips.com/

Salsify had won at Cheltenham in March 2013 and again at Punchestown in April 2013 but had not been placed first and second since.Last edited by Bayoffreedom; 28 January 2019, 08:07 AM.

I think he may may have been injured in 2014 as he didn't run between December 2013 and February 2015. For 2016 the equivalent dates would have been 'which, since October 1st, 2013,
and before February xxth, 2016, have been placed FIRST OR SECOND .......'
