Running this weekend against the boys in the Barberstown. Hot looking race ATM.Can I add Only by Night for consideration, target is known Cromwell thinks the world of her, previous festival form just being touched off in the Arkle last year. 8/1 could be a big price if JDG and BDA don't come here.
Any concern over the trip for OBN?Can I add Only by Night for consideration, target is known Cromwell thinks the world of her, previous festival form just being touched off in the Arkle last year. 8/1 could be a big price if JDG and BDA don't come here.
Possibly last time was on heavy going, but Cromwell was going to go down thia route last year and made a last minute change, won over 3m in a PTP so who knows, I think 8's with a known target against an aging Dinoblue and if JDG and BDA dont turn up she possibly goes off pretty short, might get even better odds if she gets beat at the weekend in a good looking race.Any concern over the trip for OBN?
Last time she raced over 2 1/2 hurdles it did t go so well for her……
I expect the 8's will be gone now after that result
Yeah I totally forgot to look at the WTAF prices PP's was massive. I backed her today and stuck some of the winnings on her at 7's with Betfred….i took the 16-1 WTAF, surprised PP went 28-1. Only by Night into a general 6-1.
Can I also suggest Heartwood for the Ryanair 33's available 2nd in this years, target confirmed I'm sure I seen somewhere and if FTF doesn't show up gotta be in with a shout.
Interesting to see where Heart Wood ends up. Capable of winning both races IMO. Second time up against Fact To File in the JD with a bit of a fitness edge en route to the King George. I like everything about how Heart Wood is being campaigned so far. Looks like Henry could be trying to peak him for Kempton before easing off and getting him ready for Cheltenham again.….latest from HDB;

Second in last season's Ryanair, he won nicely at Punchestown in a Grade 3 chase on his return and should improve for the run. He’ll be aimed at either the 1965 Chase at Ascot or the John Durkan, which are on the same weekend. I'd love to see him over three miles again – I find it hard to believe he doesn't stay. Hopefully, he might see it out a bit better this season. We’ll see.
I'm not so sure as I think there is a big difference between 3m and 3m 2f of the Gold Cup, I think he is talking about the King George, now if he was to win the King George that might be a different matter.I'd be concerned he's considering having a crack at the Gold Cup on that quote...
