Queen Mother Champion Chase 2019

Min has shortened up for this race slightly over night on the exchanges, with £100+ trying to get on at 9/1.

Just wondered if something may have been said yesterday at a preview night.

I know PFN has said that Diego Du Charmil is going to Aintree but I wonder if they'll be tempted to run in this if the race cuts up. He's 66/1 or 20/1 without Altior and I could see them holding him out the back and running on to pick up the pieces.

B365 are 1/4 odds which is a big help
 
I don't really fancy anything.

Un De Sceaux wouldn't be out of the first 4 if he ran, but I'm not tying up money in that.

Castlegrace Paddy at 16/1 maaaybe?
God's Own 16/1 probably better on his spring form and likely good ground...but he doesn't beat Min or Footpad does he for 2nd





Min and Footpad are too solid as 2nd fav for me to get too jiggy about this market.

Min NRNB Even is as good a bet as Altior to win outright at 4/9 but 'm not piling into even money shots.

Problem with this market is Min is almost as nailed on for 2nd as Altior is for the win. The 20s about Ordinary World is ok, but he just doesn’t beat Min. Fox Norton wouldn’t be out the 4 but do I want to tie money up at 8s on a likely NR? I don’t think I do.
 
Yeah that's where I am at VF.

Min would be 2nd, Footpad I'd definitely not want to be against for 2nd.

Sceau Royal is solid enough for a place too really...



New market, exciting to look at, no value IMO
 
I replaced Penhill with Sceau Royal using this market without Altior, thought at 5/1 to finish in top 3 was pretty good value in an accumulator
 
Sorry if this has been asked before but does anyone know if Hell's Kitchen is running? in this or the ryanair? He is shorter for the ryanair but I cannot find any info online!!

Just backed Hells kitchen 66-1 ew. 3 places 1/4 odds b365

might be only 6 run, maybe even less.
 
Un De Sceaux (w/o Altior), 3 places, NRNB, 4/1, will get his ground

....Ordinary World and Lady Buttons e/w at big prices for me and will do the Exacta on the day. Hope the great horse comes home safe and sound.
