Novice Hurdlers and Novice Chasers

I always though TTL was a bit soft, LDS looks to me to have a bit more about him
Early days though.

I agree with this. He won’t win the Arkle in my opinion, but he’ll give his running.

Hurdlers

Potters Charm
The New Lion
Bleu De Vassy
East India Dock
Wingmen

Chasers

Inthepocket
Down Memory Lane
L’eau Du Sud
Better Days Ahead
Firefox

If L'eau Du Sud had been in ANY of the Irish races with these, he'd have been second :cower:

Forgot Better Days Ahead .... was very impressed with him

Down Memory Lane and Better Days Ahead - how annoying that I find them hard to picture in my mind still

talking of picturing them in my mind leads me to L’Eau Du Sud as I cannot get the ease with which he won, his rangy way of running so he would have to be near the top of my novice chaser list. Inthepocket next.

Can't help but think Leau De Sud is Third Time Lucki all over again. Same trainer, won same Arkle trial in same fashion, got identical RPR for doing so and goes to Sandown next for the same race TTL ran in and blew out in.

It's possible my memory is totally shot but I'm not sure that's right, the Arkle trial Third Time Lucki won he was working hard up the straight and there was something coming to him who fell at the last/second last.
I was a couple of bottles of red deep at the time though....

You are correct. Same RPR given though.

They had North Hill Harvey post some big early season numbers too and he ended up running in the Grand Annual.
Allmankind posted big numbers and only managed 4th or 5 in the Arkle.

Any idea why Salavator Mundi has drifted to 14s+ for the Supreme. That is crazy big unless he got a knock in transit or something?? Anybody know anything?
