Jimmy du seuil for the stayers at 20/1 isn’t a bad price considering his course form. Clearly didn’t take to fences but showed yesterday he might just be up to this in what looks an open renewal
He's almost certain to target that race now which is a big plus too

Cheltenham form too with a win last year and second behind Ballyburn in the Turners

…..pretty much it as far as this seasons racing is concerned, maybe a couple to take out of Punchestown.

I understand we now enter a ‘quiet’ few months but I’d appreciate volunteer captains for June and July 🙏

Whilst I've not fully decided, it is likely I'll look for 4 bigger priced horses for this months yankee, so anything above 16/1 I'll take into consideration.

I am with @Kautostar in liking both Jimmy Du Seuil for the Stayers & Narciso Has for the Champion Hurdle. Obviously the latter comes with more risks as we have no idea on the injury that ruled him out of the Triumph, that said I'm less bothered by the fact he didn't turn up to Punchestown, and if I had to choose I'd have not sent him there anyway. I'll keep digging about for news on him, but if anyone gets word on his wellbeing my DM's are open.

I was already keen on given Kaid D'authie a shout in the Gold Cup and after Gaelic Warrior destroyed Fact To File at Punchestown I think I am even sweeter on him. JP has little else now for the race and I honestly believe Kaid D'authie would have gone very close to winning the BANC, if not winning it.

…..looks like the Stayers, Gold Cup and CH are covered.

Koktail Divin is available @ 16s Ryanair. The intermediate distance seems ideal given his wins at Punchestown and Aintree, so you’d expect him to stay at that distance given he looked a non-stayer in BANC. I suppose the doubt is whether those wins mean he’s good enough to challenge.

He’s on Fire 16s Arkle and 12-1 BANC but I’d be guessing on where he’s likely to end up. Mourne Rambler available at 25s (Turners) might be a consideration even if we got him at 33s last month.

Why Narciso Has for Champ Hurdle and not Arkle?

Age trend not good but same connections still tried it with Majborough at five years old, rather than choosing another year over hurdles before going chasing as a six year old

I’d expect there to be several better than Koktail Divin in the Ryanair next year. If that’s the race to look at I’d prefer Romeo Coolio at 20/1 of those stepping out of novice company.
Rated 8llbs higher than KD and beat him over the mid distance trip at the start of the season (granted that doesn’t mean a huge amount). Reckon the BANC was one visit too many to the well and can have a line put through it. The mid-trip looks his distance and reckon that’s where Gordon will target him. Was sent off the short priced favourite in the most competitive BANC for years - despite it being generally accepted it wasn’t his ideal trip.

I'm with you on Romeo Coolio. 2.5 is definitely his distance. Over raced last season and over the top by Cheltenham. Really could be a major player for Ryanair. I'm in !

Elliott's recent festival record would be a worry for me.

A few reasons really.

Firstly I think connections may feel like they left a bit behind this season over hurdles and may want to see how far they can go with him.

Secondly, JP seems to prefer a Champion Hurdle horse than an Arkle horse.

Lastly, Willie tends to send his really good 'Doctor Dino's' down the Champion Hurdle route, a la State Man & Sharjah. I can see Narciso in that bracket.

KD has a touch of the Monalee's imo

The trip would be ideal for Romeo, I do have some issues with him now though, his form during October through to Febuary reads 1121111, but March to May reads as 23P25, also 3 trips to the festival now and he's not managed a win yet, maybe the new course will suit him better than the old course, but it's worth bearing in mind that he doesn't seem to be a springtime animal.

Salvator Mundi blew him away at Aintree a year ago and certainly wasn't stopping, a step up could be on the cards for him but as with all Mullins horses we're really only guessing at where his cards will land and I don't know whether the horse doesn't like Cheltenham or just doesn't perform until the Spring sun comes out but he could easily bypass March and go straight to April and May.
Currently not quoted either...

I wouldn't be suggesting him as a Yankee inclusion as I'm not sure they'll actually do it but I reckon The Jukebox Man would be an ideal Ryanair type. And they probably should do it.

Pretty sure that was the original plan but when they won the King George they went for Gold, which is fair.

My worry would be that both Jockey and Trainer have said that the way he finished in the Gold Cup was not because he didn’t stay, but something to do with his wind, so therefore IMO they will start next season campaigning him as a GC contender and the Ryanair will only become an afterthought based upon the seasons performances…….pretty much the opposite of this seasons campaign😂

i've heard nothing about State man not coming back this season, i'd rather have him returning from an injury at 20s over Narcisso has....
If he comes out an wins the Morgiana i could see the 225-1 Stateman -Lossie (MH) double start to look very attractive.
I think He's worth a poke at 20s...
