It's not something i've delved into too deeply, but does anyone know if under GDPR bookies should be divulging their trading information on you if requested? Would it be something legally you could request and they would need to provide?

What do you mean by trading information on you?
They're within their right to have any personal data on you that is relevant, and you are within your right to request a copy of all personal data they have of you.
They have (I think) 30 days to respond and can charge you for the labour of it, if it's unreasonable.

For example, they have removed any bonuses etc. for my gaming side of my account, including bingo and the like. I have never ever used anythng like that- so i just wondered can you request the info they have on you to make such a decision? Do they have to provide their trading information they have use to make restrictions on accounts?

Following a review of your account, we regret to inform you that we have removed your eligibility for any William Hill Online gaming offers and promotions for our Vegas, Macau, Games, Scratchcards, Bingo, Casino and Live Casino products.
This decision was based on the type of activity identified on the account and / or that your activity was deemed to target our promotions or bonuses in a way other than their intended purpose.
That's not what they have said....given i haven't used them i was wondering what info they hold to identify such.
Ah right - my understanding of it is that they don't have to provide you with the reasons why they'd do that...
If you requested all the data held on your account there is a small chance they have a 'notes' section and they may have put something in there as a reminder for them but that really is me generalising as I have no idea what their system would be using.

Yeah i sort of thought it might be something they wouldn't provide!
They probably can yeah? some of my accounts are the same user as my twitter, some aren't..

My understanding of GDPR and how we deal with it at work is that everything is PW protected or locked and night and the key not kept on the premises.
Not sure if you can request why they have stopped certain bonuses as they are player specific and I'd imagine set out in their terms at the moment of joining.
I'd imagine, though not surprised if not, that each large bookmaker would have an understanding or at least people that know what is required with regards to GDPR.

Wouldn't surprise me if they have to do this sort of thing under some sort of GDPR pestering guideline.

Looking at their GDPR terms they define personal data as any information relating to an identifiable person who can be directly or indirectly identified in particular by reference to an identifier. So this would be name, location, ID, phone details etc. This can either be in their online systems or manual files.
To me the phrase of "any information relating to an identifiable person" is very broad so I would be inclined to say they they should provide anything in relation to your account such as your contact information, full history of your bets/deposits/withdrawals and any comments linked to your account where you may have been restricted or had promotions withdrawn.
However I recently put in a request to 365 for them to send me all the information they held on my account. I received everything I mentioned above but there were no comments relating to decisions made on my account. Therefore I suspect this kind of information may fall out of scope here.
