2026 Ryanair Chase

BTW, Jonbon again, f-me.

Horse doesn't know how to give up!

Festival win or not, he's become one of my favourites.
Yep a real genuine horse, always give’s everything.
Been a credit to his connections.
Given me some great moments going racing.
Last chapter next season, hope it’s over 3 miles, could be fun.

Heartwood was very good, could see he was the winner some way out imo.
Impaire and Banbridge not good.
The latter had his conditions and distance, and again failed to perform at the track in a grade 1 race.
Doubt he will be seen at the track again.
Keep him to flat tracks at that level imo.

Posted this elsewhere so don't want so sound too boring but with Gaelic looking a potential Gold Cup star I can see Townend trying to get Willie to send either Kitzbuhel or Final Demand down this route next year, and I doubt he'd take too much persuading. Prefer Kitzbuhel but either would have to be of interest.

Be a travesty imo if Kitz aint Gold Cup
That was some performance .

I was thinking the jukeboxman would be a potential big player

I’m a huge fan of the Boxman, but I’d be worried with this wind issue and his mentally afterwards

I’d want to see how he runs in a competitive 3 miler before I start backing antepost

King George and Ryanair, maybe a shit at the betfair chase if ground is good

I'd say Demand is likely to drop back in trip long term, not sure he's a strong stayer over 3m and he's a big of a dog as well
