    2026 Mares Hurdle

It would explain the shortening of Sir GIno and that Wodhooh hasn’t really lengthened much for the Mares If you know Lossie was going Mares then Wodhooh maybe would be bigger?…..if you knew Lossie was a ? on health/fitness then Wodhooh stays at 7/4 maybe shortens a bit

    2026 Mares Hurdle

If it’s a few weeks or days before then you have the NRNB factor, which gives you options to hedge, although the prices will most likely be less than now However at the moment maybe these swings give us opportunity to both ‘go in again’ on potential disinformation and also hedge against the...

    2026 Champion Hurdle

Hills were first to go 6/1 and now the ‘market guide’ Betfair/PP/Sky have gone 6/1 Interestingly Betfair/PP/Sky are best price for the Mares Hurdle for Wodhooh at 15/8 Someone’s said or heard something about Lossiemouth or someone’s ***king with us !😡

    2026 Mares Hurdle

Actually I’d go a stage further and say that IF you think Lossiemouth goes CH and it’s all disinformation with today’s market moves, then the play should be a double Lossiemouth 6/1 CH with Wodhooh 2/1 Mares Hurdle……the double pays 20/1 👍

    2026 Mares Hurdle

A ‘disinformation’ play eh in order to get a better price on Lossiemouth for the CH……luv it……6/1 yum yum ! 😂

    2026 Mares Hurdle

Isn’t that rather transparent nowadays to the authorities (GC) if the laying became visible due to the combined enormity if word spread etc and happened a few times ?

Err my Bud Fox slips have long ago been in the log burner ! Phoenix from the ashes…..

    2026 Mares Hurdle

If you are “in the know” then you are basically getting 5/2 about a 4/6 shot, which is pretty good value! Somehow it just doesn’t sit well with me that such few people can control two markets For those “in the know” they could improve their value by a related bet doubling Lossiemouth with the...

    2026 Mares Hurdle

At the same time as HIlls go 6/1 for the CH ! Money talks…… They say you shouldn’t not race for fear of one horse, but is Sir Gino that intimidating?

    2026 Gold Cup

With the interesting debate on the Ryanair thread about the King George runners and their respective chances for the GC, then I thought I would have a look at the sectional times for the KG and see why so many people think that the form is suspect due to nature of the way the race was run and...

    2026 Ryanair Chase

A fair few people have said the same thing about Jango Baie being the one they would take out of the KG for the GC and then say their concern about TJM is the distance of the GC What am i missing about Jangoes chance being any different than TJM’s?……is it just their style of running, one up in...

    2026 Juveniles

The Bamford’s have put £600k behind their “ambition” this year (that we know of) to win the Triumph Hurdle with FW’s purchase from Andrew Banding's stable, the previous hope being somewhat of a disappointment, so they clearly have a plan which they are prepared to back with hard cash and lots of...

Wouldn’t want to EA, just realised what a great position one owner was in ante post terms for the festival……whilst I realise they spend a fortune in national hunt ownership, they must be paying top dollar or/and have a great buyer as their “hit rate” seems to a layman like me, pretty good, maybe...

    2026 Champion Hurdle

Lossiemouth won’t be as short as 4/9 IMO if going for the Mares Hurdle this year, as she would have a serious challenger and maybe the most serious ever in the race for her, Wodhooh I’d have her as 4/6, around the price she has been for the last two years, as I dont think the bookmakers would...

    2026 Novice Chasers

Small fracture eh…….as you say good to know that there was an issue with him… as his performance was so different from what I was expecting, post his previous seasons hurdling exploits and that he looked like he was made for fencing (big olde unit!) Based upon his Bartlett performance and those...

    2026 Ryanair Chase

Whose to say come March that he isn’t the first string for Willie? Hasn’t done anything wrong so far this year, continued as he left off last season DRF will shake things up for sure……we may have even less clarity than we have now! 😂

    2026 Ryanair Chase

When the dust settles on his amazing career, would Willie like to have on his CV amongst all his achievements and accolades, that he bred the winning jockey of the Grand National AND Gold Cup?
