    Cheltenham Festival Roll-Ups

I know these aren't everyones thing but following a disaster festival where I had alot of places, I've decided to try and play e/w more often early doors. In the context of roll ups, it's interesting to note that bet365 will allow you to go e/w on a roll up even if the first leg is football or...

  6. Hurricane fly

    2026 Grand National

Given he is 28/1 for the race with bet365, I don't think 33/1 is enough to tempt given he has to navigate a 6lb swing vs national weights with Gerri

TNL already clipped into 16/1 as low as 10s...annoyed I waited to cash the CH and back it. Don't see it going any lower for a while - atleast until Aintree

I think Skelton is in a bit of a transition. He's the number one trainer in England from a money perspective but needs to move from winners to graded winners. So wouldn't shock me if he does "take the easy route" when it appears to take more big Saturday TV race wins. A bit like how Brian Hughes...

Another benefit might be the trainers championship looks beyond Willie imo - he's 660k further behind Dan following Cheltenham vs last year and I don't think he will be able to make it up, even matching last years GN. Should mean less of the Mullins battalion coming over for the meeting

Glad to see someone else put this one up and confirm it wasn't just my Jody Townend bias that thought he was unlucky in running

I've gone for Gerri Colomb and Grangeclare West as my main darts so far. GC as big as 100/1(140.0 on the exchange for a few pennies too!) before his 2nd in the Thystes, GCW unsurprinsingly at the front of the market. I've thought GC needed 4 miles since he went over an obstacle, and I'm hoping...

Do they count towards the handicaps? I actually think it's a bit of a joke they are even a thing, and that would only confirm my thoughts.

Would be interested in what the article says, as I take the headline to read Skelton is trying to talk him out of it aka it's not happening.

In my opinion there is a lot of value to be had in between the festival ending and the season ending at Sandown. You have: a) The immediate prices that stand out to you b) Aintree where horses may try a new trip (typically going up in trip as a taster) c) Punchestown where favourites get...

Has Dan mentioned TNL stepping up or are we just assuming based on the run and this news?

I'll do it, been a while since I had a crack at a Yankee, and my "rest" from NH is usually around about a week in June Unless any of the top 3 from the comp want to

he’s one who will suffer for no midtrip graded race I think How far out do the likes of JP and Willie plot a handicap….his top RPR is only 146 - can’t see an OR - could be fruitful

He wasn't great at the first couple either, but for his second run of the season and over fences I would expect to see improvement if he runs again and into next year. Still believe he will be a threat next year
