2026 Novice Hurdlers

The vibes from Closutton on him are second to none

I think if they were questioning his ability, they'd have opted for the Turners

The fact they are heading Supreme, speaks volumes.

💯 Vibes and hype can be bang on sometimes.

Didnt we hear the same about Heldam? TWICE 🤣
Yeah not always right, doesn't mean their always wrong 😁. I didn't have a penny on Heldam, didn't strike me as a bumper winner.

Yes absolutely similar vides when they ran Douvan in the supreme

The hype is coming from the right people, Mullins/McManus. Just hope this isn't some sort of public scam 🤣🤣

He could of been ricci's as well, but he was at the opera so missed buying him. 🤣

Douvan had shown them some speed on a race track, they had a right to be bullish to be fair.

This fella however looks about as quick as Might Bite from what we've seen in public. But I guess he might be showing something completely different behind closed doors. I'd rather see it with my own eyes first though.

I understand the vibes and hype etc from the yard and he could be as good as they are making noise about, time will tell.

But what I would say is why didn’t we hear any noise about the horse prior to his run? Normally we get the noise about horses pre-season etc and even prior to debuts. Also, as we know WPM wanted to go bumper but we didn’t get the vibes about how he was working either. It’s all been since he’s run over hurdles in a nothing race, granted he did it well to eye for all that nothing seemed to try and get close to him.

It’s interesting how easily and readily we seem to have accepted not having individual novice hurdle threads any more.

Was definitely good noise at Xmas time about him, prior to him running 👍

Like all the other horses beaten at odds on no doubt.
If you think you've a dozen top level horses that you can't split at home, you've probably just got a dozen good horses, one or two will step up from the novices they've ran so far, but if they had another Douvan or Faugheen they'd have known it pretty quickly.

Problem with that is the noise around many others also.
And he was still available at 50's for both races immediately prior to his maiden win.
I think we all kind of agree to be fair.
He could be all that, for sure, as we've seen them produce super horses year after year.
But it's odds on that he's not.

Willie does pretty well with his Walk In The Parks that end up in the Supreme!
