2026 Juveniles

The Minella horse bought by Mullins would be of interest but I imagine they'll keep him for the novices next season.
I think the intention is to run. If he wins a Grade 1, great, if not, he's next year's horse.

Has to be a concern on how many turn up here. Plenty of trainers have mentioned the Fred Winter this year even with graded winners. Fully expecting a single figure field unless Mullins pads it out with maidens generally there for the experience.

That might be the wake up call for racing, small field G1 because they created an alternative….

He can’t fire in maiden runners, need to have a rating of 110 is it not and obviously ran over obstacles?

Don't think it is that hard to do to get them rated 110 or above having come from France. Looks like the handicapper can accept if they have run to at least that level once over hurdles which most of Mullins would of done.

He had 4 maidens in the race last year, Place De La Nation had achieved a best RPR of 97 in two runs and was given a 118 rating as a guide.

I'm trying to find some James Owen quotes recently for ammes but can't find anything. Anyone seen anything recently?

Sorry with you, I thought you meant hadn’t run over hurdles, not just maidens (y)

Manlaga - 130 (+3). Workable.

Talk to me re Saratoga Fred Winter.

Annoyingly, I cannot find where I saw it, but pretty sure I saw flat run followed by Fred Winter
Racing Post antepost Triumph preview, said probably won’t have any runners in Triumph, plan for Ammes was flat race and then Fred Winter.

Everyone fish your fantasy world slips out of the bin, nico said to just ignore the run.

Wonderful way to live isn't it? I might actually go and pile into mossy fen road for the supreme now too, as I've decided to just ignore his runs. Fantastic value if you choose to ignore that he's shit.
