Daily movers

The money for Ravenous continued and is now 4/1, was 13/2 when I put it up after opening at 9's, be interesting to see what it goes off at.

2nd again! Went long odds on in running too, getting a bit frustrated with these now, so close to being the right call but a marked lack of cigars.
Will leave it for a day or two I think, enjoy Ascot, and the footy for those into that.

Quick question because it’s something I’ve never looked at before

How early are markets formed for your run of the mill mid week card? Overnight? Certain time the day before?

Usually prices start to appear for races around 5.0pm the night before, on 365 if you go to the following days races you'll see "early prices available" below the card times.

One flew over is a big mover tomorrow evening at Wetherby, still can't get over them having flat racing here now, feels weird. This one does appear to be very fancied, for all that, in the 8.25, 14's into 5's, for Ian Willams with P Mathers jocked up. Have this image of them dodging round the fences and hurdles.

I don't know why connections thought they had something worth backing with One flew over, it looks pretty useless to me.
Not a great deal to look at today but Jim Bolger has a couple that are being supported at Gowran. Sometimesadiamond in the 3.05 and Dawn hoofer in the 4.35, both ridden by Kevin Manning and both around 7/2.

No joy again today, time connections got their act together.
Few movers tomorrow, a couple at Chepstow still at ew prices, The Throstles, Kevin Frost/Luke Morris 10's into 11/2 in the 2.0, and the other one is in the 3.0, Tallys song, 16's into 8's, for Grace Harris/John Quinn

Just a note on Tallys song, 365 currently have it priced up at 8's, but there's an anomaly, in the enhanced column it's 14/1 quarter odds 4 places, might not last long.

Both of these last two drifted back out again so no great confidence behind the moves.

I find Boylesports to be the slowest at reacting to price cuts.

Have you seen any patterns in that regards?

Celsius (1.40 Newmarket) come in for plenty of support this morning.

Haven't really strayed much from 365, PP, Skybet and Betfair myself for comparisons, Boylesports could be a place to try, I suppose it depends how early they price up.
Sky seem to be about the first to cut.

Delano Roosevelt been really well supported at the Curragh in the Irish derby, was around 25/1 last night and is into 12's now, Heffernan has a good big race record too

I expected The Pentagon to be the mover - must be pace-making duties for him then

The Pentagon has come in a bit Kev but nothing like DR, there was a very positive mention for DR from Aiden O'Brien this morning on Atr.

5 mins after that last post Barry Orr on atr said The Pentagon is the best backed horse with them, apart from Saxon Warrior.

From a personal viewpoint I like the look of Maries Diamond in the 4.35 at the Curragh, has been backed into 7's from 12's, but there's a well backed O'Brien fav in there again, and Jessie Harrington has a fancied one too.

Henlan Harri has seen support in the 4.20 at Utt, P Bowen/S Bowen, whole team in good order, down to 7's now, ew 4/1, 1/4 odds paying 9 places, that's half the field, available with 365 ew extra

The money looked justified for Delano Roosevelt yesterday, ran a cracker in 4th, just missing out on the places, was available with 365 ew extra around 6/1 for 6 places, so would have made a profit, definitely worth looking at with competitive fields.

He looks like a potential St Leger horse to me and I thought he ran a good race yesterday, with that race in mind.
