2016 Champion Hurdle

I disagree MMG :)

That form with OG was SM's first run of the season, where OG was coming off 2 wins in Nov and Oct so was clearly match fit and in form.

They say SM will improve with the spring ground, but so should OG and Hargam.
And that's why SM will reverse form with OG;) good answer LR

Hate 5yo in this race but it's become a bad race so you have to consider everything, I'm leaning towards Hargam e/w....

I have him a few yankees and think he has place possibilities but not sure how resolute he is.

No decision on Annie Power

Ricci is still undecided on the Festival target of Annie Power, with the injury to Faugheen having left the mare favourite for the Champion Hurdle.

Annie Power would have to be supplemented for the opening day's feature race and Ricci said: "I'm really torn about it.

"She looks really well though and if she did run in the Champion Hurdle, we hope she would win it."

But gives her in Champion Hurdle in his Yankee

Expect SM to be blue across the board tomorrow...
Both Tom Segal and Andrew McNamara tip up Sempre Medici each way in Champion Hurdle.

Daryl will ride Top Notch and Nico will ride Peace And Co per @dminty13

Peace & Co has a chance then - Jacob just could not handle the horse

I've always thought P &C could be a player if he settles, with the rain continuing it must be looking likely that the opening day going will be no better than good to soft, that surely reduces Hargam's chance

The 5 day decs for the Tuesday are tomorrow, as HE says.

Annie Power 3/1 on the exchanges for the champion hurdle and very weak. It could be that people are just trying to trade out before a decision is made.

Timeform

Champion Hurdle: In the absence of Faugheen, the Champion Hurdle has a second-rate look to it. NICHOLS CANYON has twice run 162 figures, but his win at Leopardstown over Christmas was a gruelling one (a pedestrian 93.0% finishing speed) in which IDENTITY THIEF looked superior for much of the closing stages. ANNIE POWER has not run quickly recently: indeed, she has not run much at all. Advice: win back Identity Thief.

Looks like AP has been definitely supplemented today along with Lil Rockerfella

Sorry to go off the subject guys, but did anyone notice the timing of Faugheen's loss to NC? It was still in the anti post stage when nrnb was not in play. - Odds go out with enough time for everyone to lump on(ap) knowing he would still win the CH.

Or is this me just having another dig?
