Thanks Mayo, Rathpatrick seems very inconsistant but it seems for one great finish, maybe one to ignore as i narrow out the fields ��
 
I wish they'd drop Batavir back in trip. Not convinced he stays 3 miles.
 
I had a go at the weights in pounds below. The entries arent all qualified so be careful of that. Oscar Sam, WEst Approach, Salamazar Leave at Dawn the ones I like now.

Westren Warrior ? 2nd in Lanzarote. Nice weight. Canny Trainer.
 
I like Western Warrior as well for this, and Oscar Sam, Harrington very upbeat about it.
 
Sir Ivan will get a few pounds for his second yesterday which he might need to get in.

Will have another look at WW - any quotes on him ?

WW looks solid OV. He's one I've been following and backing this season. He will probably be my cover bet in this race.
 
At Chepstow Arpege d'Alene bounced back to form with a hard earned success in the Pertemps qualifier. He will go for the final at Cheltenham before switching back to fences next season.
 
@Channel4Racing: Elliott says TAGLIETELLE "ran a very good race at Musselburgh" last time out and "will run well" in the Pertemps with Jack Kennedy riding.

He was just beaten in the Coral Cup last year and he was just beaten at Musselburgh under top weight in the Pertemps qualifier. If he'd jumped the second last Richard Johnson said he would've won. Jack Kennedy will ride him and take a couple of pounds off him and I bet you he'll run well.

Those are confident quotes from GE. Makes me want to go in again. :D
 
Split my stake between to two, mainly because I couldn't get much on at 20/1.
