Fingers crossed CE picks up in the next week but I'm not hopeful.

Won't be covering with DDG as just don't think he's good enough.
 
Cilaos ruled out. A ligament issue rather than a muscle problem.

**Unfortunately we schooled Cilaos Emery at Navan on Sunday and what we thought was a pulled muscle turned out to be a ligament problem. He won't be travelling."

This is painful.

Always at least one from the Mullins yard every year that hits the bank hard, so probably shouldn't be surprised anymore. Definitely won't stop me backing them mind :highly_amused:

Gutted. Not the best news ive come home from work to.
Was comfortably my biggest winner of the festival.
 
It’s a massive bombshell for me also! Anyone heard from Scooby? Poor guy must have been smashed hard by this news

It was from David Jennings of the racing post. WPM got further news on the injury this afternoon so he isn't traveling.

yeah but still when it’s one of the main bets and you been keen so far out. Awful, just awful. Like you say though, gotta just take it on the chin I guess.
 
Can see Le Richebourg going off pretty short for this if the ground is anywhere near good, now CE is out.. not sure what else could really challenge him apart from Lalor & glen forsa..
 
Ante Post, we all know the risks. But if anything the cash out makes it worse, as we rush to the bet when we hear the news to see the 365 cash out operative is quicker than us. :disgust:

Hardline is the standout bet in the market as it stands 25s is too big. Klashnikov and Ornua are 16s. Expect him to be at least half the price on the day.
 
Gutted.
I honestly dont like anything else in the market. Will have to reassess things now in regards to this race.
