Triumph Hurdle 2019

Blimey. That really ain’t what I wanted to see.

Hopefully you can get out relatively unscathed MoM. Nothing worse than having a big bet ante post and not getting a run for your money, a feeling I know all to well.

Pic D'Orhy has been cut by a couple of bookmakers tonight, but the exchanges would have you think otherwise.

Adjali given 147, no chance he goes FW then, if anyone had any doubts.

I may aswell mention this now as Harry derham spoke about pic on the FFP. I'm not sure when that was recorded. But I literally spoke straight to the horses mouth yest morning via private message on twitter which I screenshot and sent to kevloaf. I was told "he probably won't be ready" So We'll see.

Ouch! Not the news that a lot of people on here wanted to hear.

For the guys who get the free bets etc... If you don't mind using them on risky ones. He's literally a 5/2 chance imo if he lined up. But the chances of him lining up. I don't know. On that quote you can judge yourself.

Gutted if so

Will probably have to leave this market alone for now, missed any price about the new principles

NRNB the only way if anyone fancies him. I understand it's hard to cash big prices and some may want to leave him at a big price. That's fair enough. Just got to weigh up all info available.

If you don't cash or lay off and back nrnb. And he doesn't make it there, then obviously you have to take it on the chin.

Scooby is there something physically wrong with him or just delayed prep. Maybe he just ate too much of de la hey!

On a serious note thanks to you and Kevloaf for giving us the strongestly worded warnings that you could at the time. Appreciate this was difficult given your connections. Thank you.

....previous winners tend to be busy, nearly all having at least 2 runs. Only had a quick look, but the latest seasonal debut of recent winners that I can see is Farclas on 26th Dec. Saying that, trends are there to be broken.

Cant see Bet365 going NRNB early ever again as (thinks they will go 1 Feb this year now)
IMO they have worked out that going early and with cash out we had the best of both worlds.
Soz wrong thread

Nothing seriously wrong as of yest.
minor and Not ruled out of the season or anything like that. Just what will be a delayed prep now. And a race against time.
Likely decide to bypass if the slightest thing went wrong now as he's a very valuable and important horse for the future.
If all goes well then obviously he could still run.

Sounds like he will be entered today tho?

If the owner has given the all clear to press on. By what Harry said on ffp which I assume was recorded yest evening. Looks likely he's given the green light. But that's only my guess.

Hes been very busy had a full season. But again NRNB.

I backed him with the last place that were 25s so no cash out- not particularly bothered so will let it run.

Wouldn't be a race i get hugely involved in on the day anyway.

Harry Derham didn't mention a setback. He said they haven't done anything with him yet and the owner buys them with a view to go chasing.
