I had a go at this last year on my blog at http://www.cheltenhamantepost.co.uk/...o-win-1million

Think a lot of the bookies now limit at £250k so maybe £15 to win £100k should be the challenge !

just joined, been reading for a while but this thread got me interested as I have recently done a similar bet and looking to do more!
      Alvisio Ville - Supreme
      Sgt Reckless - Arkle
      Arctic Fire - Champion Hurdle
      Apache Stronghold - JLT
No More Heroes - Albert Bartlett

Im expecting alvisio Ville and no more heroes to win, but my main bet this year consists of the faugheen/un de sceaux double (got 6-1 and 10-1). This acc place pays 1512-1

Good theory Mayo but you went too early last year Mayo !

I think targets are a bit clearer in Feb that Dec and some of these markets will have less than 8 runners on the day.

Love to see someone on here land a big one. It can be done !

I'm going to have to add Glens Melody for the mares hurdle to the list, would have an excellent chance of winning without Annie Power,
but great chance of being placed at around 7/1 even with AP.

                Here's another I've placed
                Glens Melody 7/1 Mares
                Apache Stronghold 12/1 JLT
                Cue Card 7/1 Ryanair
                Kings Palace 5/1 RSA
Rock on Ruby 10/1 world hurdle

Not all the best prices but that's how it goes with accas, place roll up pays around 180/1, also had them in a canadian

                    Nice thread lads.

Just did the Non Runner No Bet Races

                    Jezki 5s
                    Uxizandre 14s
                    Annie Power 8s
                    Bobs Worth 14s

12000/1 on the Acca. All have festival form but might need some forgiveness for recent shows !

For anyone looking to back win singles it might pay to check out 188bet, I fancied a few quid on Shutthefrontdoor for the Gold cup and he's best priced 20/1, when I looked at 188 they are offering 43/1. Another example is Uxizandre for the Ryanair at 48/1, currently around 16 to 20's with other bookies. Downside is that overall for horse racing this site is awful, there are no place terms offered for ante-post and you can't place multiples, but defo worth checking out for win singles. They also don't offer NRNB.

                              Cheers guys

I was thinking of vautour for the JLT only with a clear round though

Hope sprinter is ready for the festival after blowing out the cobwebs

Faugheen is probably the wisest choice for a banker

                                Most prob Faugheen.

Are you sure its worth going ante-post with your selections? Other than UDS I can't see the others shortening much. Will AP turn up?
