Another small losing day despite four profitable races out of six. Only backed Yorkhill because of the Sky Bet offer; Jury Duty isn't the strongest stayer and it was one race too many for Tobefair but the winner has dotted up; least said about Empire Of Dirt the better; always the nasty suspicion that Unowhatimeanharry wasn't quite as good as his form figures; Verbana Blue ran very well but didn't quite get up the hill and La Bague Au Roi lacked a gear; Potters Legend wasn't helped by the start and some indifferent jumping that took its toll in the final yards.

Now imagine if the 100/1 shot Rawnaq had made it to the festival.
He beat the first two over 3 miles in America. Totally different circumstances but the forum may have been doing cartwheels yesterday!

Good spot Kev just a shame we didn't get to see it play out.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry.... at 100/1 it was a great bet though, all things considered! Not sure that makes me feel any better about it though
