Interesting stat from Tony keenan
it’s been a disappointing campaign for Mullins with the loss of the Gigginstown horses and a batch of injury misfortune that the yard had hitherto avoided.
This type of season-long pattern should matter though it doesn’t seem to be fully reflected in the markets; plenty of the Mullins horses look artificially short, particularly in the handicaps, and the trainer has only had one handicap winner in Ireland since October 17th last.

The only place i've seen it quoted so far but Alex Hammoind says James King rides Southfield Royale in the Kim Muir. Was hoping for a 'top jockey' as really like the horse
Jockey bookings are worth taking note of with the leading Irish Amateurs usually snapped up for the fancied runners with Jamie Codd being booked by Gordon Elliott for Squouateur. However, James King is a very good amateur who is really making a name for himself in the UK; he’s particularly good over fences. He is booked to ride Neil Mulholland’s Southfield Royale once again
