Dawalan is a half-brother to the brilliant pair Daylami and Dalakhani.

JCB Triumph Hurdle quotes followed but Henderson said: "I think he's more of a Fred Winter horse at the moment but there's not much margin for error getting in that race. He's come on for his first run."

Last years field was rated between 124 and 144. Ivan Grozny is on 135 so bang in the middle.

        Nicholls

"what are your thoughts on Solar Impulse? is he heading to Chelt?" He needed the run on Sat & will head for the Fred Winter.

            Weights tomorrow ?

Noble Inn has been keeping good company.

From memory fillies and top rated flat horse have a good record.

Told to keep an eye out for Elliotts entries too.

There has also been a move for Dawalan for the Fred Winter: 7/1 (from 10s) with Royal Irish Hussar seemingly Nicky Henderson's Triumph hoss!

Lindenhurst got a couple of mentions at stuff lately ...early sesaon form ties back to Guitar Pete. Did Pete improve out of recognition though ?

"So long as I have a winner, I don't give monkeys which horse in which race it is. If Goodwood Mirage acts on the track, he will run a cracker. I am worried about him coming down the hill because he has a floating chip in his joint - some days it is grand, other days it is not. That and he wants gelding. He goes for the Fred Winter Juvenile Handicap Hurdle (4.40pm, Ladies Day, Wednesday, March 12) and ran well at Kempton on Saturday. He runs very free early on - he is not the easiest but he stays well. I would have preferred going for the JCB Triumph Hurdle but he is not good enough for that.

Sea Beat tipped up last nigh but will hardly make it - needs 20ish to come out and then depends on handicapper updated rating of 10-4's - misses out by 1lbs and maybe 2lbs imo.

Looking at 2013 and Ibsen last last in and was 37th on original list

Arthur Moore is keeping his fingers crossed Sea Beat makes the cut for the Fred Winter Juvenile Handicap Hurdle at Cheltenham.

The County Kildare handler saddled What A Charm to win the same Festival prize three years ago and Sea Beat, who carries the same colours, has done little wrong in his three starts over obstacles.

Not disgraced in defeat in races won by Plinth and Ivan Grozny, the four-year-old made it third-time lucky at Naas in early February and is a best priced 16-1 for Cheltenham glory.

However, with a mark of 123, he is still well down the list and needs plenty of those rated higher to withdraw to get into the final field.

Moore said: "I think he'll run as long as he gets in, but it must be less than a 50-50 chance he'll make the cut at this stage.

"We'll have a better idea once the confirmations are out next week, but we'd like to run him if we can.

                        "He's in good form."

Katgary at 12/1 ew NRNB is my play.

Paul Nicholls has done well in this and Daryl Jacob sounds sweet on him.
