    Hopeful, rather than confident
    Just added him also.
The money has come in a bit so having also backed him last year after a big win on him at Beverley (wifes 50th). I ought to cover him at least. I've also added to my portfolio for this lottery of a race.

    Balgair 1pt ew 50-1 5 places
    Anyhting today 1pt ew 45-1 6 places
    Majestic dawn 0.5ptew 75-1 6 places

    Good Birthday 0.5ptew 28-1 5 places
    Tulfarris 0.5ptew 33-1 8 places

    Bell Rock 1pt 14-1

Lucander & Illarrab also backed in multiples.

That should do, although if the exchange has horses like Affaak at silly prices near the off then I'll be dabbling again.

Obviously hoping the higher drawn runners come out best again.
I'll do really well, not to have a horse placed I reckon, Watch this space

Hard to come from behind today.
          Tailwind a factor I reckon.
Lucky Vega was a good ride really
the minzaal ride not so good
Happy romance was also ridden too late.

Dettori's ride on new mandate was very good as he made a move really early.
not gonna win today if held up too long off a steady pace unless you're an aeroplane.

For the cambridgeshire I've already backed Balgair ew @ 50's - who's not ran on soft since he was 2. But his win last week over 9f was the furthest he's ever been since then also. So hopefully it's the trip that helps as he looked better than ever.

I've backed Majestic Dawn today with Hills @ 75-1 ew, who does like softer going, judging by his form and ran well in this race last year.

Finally, and so far. I've also backed anything today at 45-1 ew, and he has ran over further and doesn't mind any ground. They may well have been aiming for this race I reckon.

Not sure yet, which of the three year olds would be my pick, as nothing stands out. But 3 year olds and high draws look like a recent trend.
Take a bow my friend. Superb!

Had 65's and 60's on betfair just before the off as well
especially with the tailwind and bias towards horses on the pace.
