  • Fat Jockey Farewells (Flat)

    Similar to the NH version:
We should have a place to say goodbye and pay tribute to any horses no longer with us.

We'll start fresh from today and I'll sticky for ease but hopefully we don't have too much traffic in here.

+1. That's a tough one, not often you get a horse on the flat coming back year after year and giving his all.

                  Yep agree.
One of the reasons we all love NH is the longevity of horses and the association you can develop with horses, rarely happens on the level but this one was an exception.
Still running (winning ?) group races at 10/11 ?

As some have mentioned previous, Far Above confirmed to have been retired.

Such a shame. Really looked a useful horse for James Tate. A big blow to the yard.

                      RIP Quarto

                      Died today in routine training.

He looked to have the world at his hoofs in his 2 year old season.
