    2 30 Lingfield

    ew SOLAR GOLD 10/1 (bet365)

This race has favoured the 4yo+ age in recent years with 5 of the last 6 winners being older horses.
Haggas has won 2 of the last 3 runnings and 3 of the last 7 and he clearly targets the race.
Solar Gold is a Haggas trained 4yo, she is drawn in stall 12 but that shouldnt be an issue as the last 2 winners were drawn 11. Haggas is in good form with 6 winners in the last 2 weeks and does well at the track.

Solar Gold was 2nd to FOREVER IN DREAMS over 6f in a haydock listed race 1st time up. That horse was already fit having had a run and was 2nd to ADVERTISE in the Commonwealth cup at Royal Ascot next time and was also 3rd in the champion sprint.

Solar Gold then proved her effectiveness on polytrack when 1.5 l 3rd to the 1000 Guineas winner BILLESDEN BROOK over 7f at Chelmsford in a listed race. Billesden Brook won another group 1 last time out.

She was 2nd in The Bunbury Cup handicap beaten just 1/2 length.

She didnt handle the track at goodwood in a group 3 when 13th of 17.

She was only beaten 2 lengths in The Atlanta Stakes at Sandown which is a race that is traditionally domonated by 3yos. He ran well amd was best of the older horses.

She was sent off 9/2 fav for a group 3 at Doncaster but was not partnered by her regular rider Tom Marquand. He was disappointing and only 10th. Breathtaking Look won amd Preening was 2nd. Bretahtaking Look has to carry a group winners penalty this time. Those 2 horses were 20/1 and 14/1 and it was a surprise they beat Solar Gold. Willie Haggas is taking them both on again which is a tip in itself.

She was 4th of 5 last time in a Newmarket group 2 won by group 1 winning MUSTASHRY.

She clearly has plenty of ability and has multiple formilnes with group 1 winning horses that gives her a big chance in this polytrack listed race. She handles the surface well and without doubt has the ability to land this race.

The daughter of Sea The Stars looks an excellent price at 10/1 to pass this test for a trainer who targets this race and will have her ready to win. The first time tongue tie could help and she can finally get on the board fpr the first time this season.qq

Aiden O Brien sends CORAL BEACH over but he is 0/5 with uk aw runners in the last 5 years.

BREATHTAKING LOOKand PREENING comfortably beat SOLAR GOLD at Doncaster but SOLAR GOLD was expected to beat them and was 9/2fav compared to 20/1 and 14/1. It looks significant that Haggas wants to take them on again and must be confident of beating them over this mile trip. Tom Marquand usually rides but wasnt on for this race.

CROSSING THE LINE was 1/2 length in front of SOLAR GOLD at Chelmsford over 7 but was having her 4th run as opposed to SOLAR who was on her bounce run. Crossing thr Line didnt stay over a mile at bath last time and although lingfuelds mile is easier the track is riding slow which makes it tougher. Solar can be confidently expected to reverse the form.

Gosden runs 3 including the favourite SHES GOT YOU who is an improving 3yo handicapper but has plenty to prove first time at this level and isnt a solid favourite.

CHALEUR came up short on her 1st try at listed level last time.

None of the other runners look capable of being involved.

Some of Solar Golds form has been outstanding this year.

She has to go close here and will be finishing like a bullet.

        3 35 Lingfield 25/1 Listed

        3 35 Lingfield

        ew- NKOSIKAZI 25/1 (bet365)

Haggis has won the last two runnings of this and this could be a big improver over this trip for the first time.

Aiden is now 0/6 last 5 years on uk aw and he has the odds on favourite who had a hard race recently and wont be suited by this track.

With Aidens runner being so short in the market the odds on the Haggas runner are incredible. Must have a genuine chance here.

Job done. Tom 'The Maverick' Marquand makes up for his ride earlier with a super 25/1 3rd to ensure the sand land proved profitable.

              5 25 Chelmsford - Claiming Stakes Colossus

              5 25 Chelmsford

              win SHADY MCCOY 7/2

Was only 2 1/2 lengths behind LOVE DREAMS giving him 5lb. They race off level weights and the 1m last time suited LOVE DREAMS who was staying on at the end as opposed to SHADY MCCOY who is much better over 7f.

SHADY MCCOY ran well when 4th on his only previous Chelmsford run as he misssed the break badly.
He can be confidently expected to reverse form with Love dreams.

A high class handicapper who was 2nd in a class 2 ascot handicap just 4 runs ago.

Ian Williams excels in these lower grade aw claimers and is a very dangerous man when he drops a class 2 handicapper into a class 6 aw claimer.

I'll combine these into a single thread EE. You might as well have them in one place

                  4 45 Wolverhampton - FULL SECRET

                  win and place 34.0 & 5.0

Godolphin favourite may win easily but Faheys runner must have a chance here and looks 5 times the price she should be.
