Having taken 25/1 on Lethal Steps, what are the thoughts on Coko Beach after yesterday? I’m assuming Band of Outlaws would have him covered, but Gordy usually brings his better juveniles along slowly.

Band Of Outlaws official Irish handicap rating is 134, just released online. UK rating will only be known when he is entered to run in the UK.

        Are we renaming this race?

RTV just called it the Boodles Juvenile Handicap Hurdle. What a mouthful

Sponsors win out, the Martin Pipe could be next, who will sponsor that - the Haribo Hurdle?

Why have the HRI not given lethal steps a mark? Band of outlaws on 134.

134 seems reasonable.... whats the UK man likely to do with that? 5lb or less would be lovely!

Katpoli and Dogon both run in a Novice Hurdle at Wincanton tomorrow as a probable prep before the Fred Winter. I’ll be keeping an eye on Katpoli for sure.

...yep, i’ve already backed Katpoli for this after Dr Newland mentioned it as the likely target on a stable tour some months ago. Indeed, chucked it in a very speculative double with stable mate Leoncarvallo in the County Hurdle.

The 2014 Grand National-winning trainer has his Worcestershire base back in full flow ahead of a busy weekend for the yard.

Nothing intersting. They all go to wincanton near the end of the month as all the juveniles do. To have a look.

Was Where Diego du charmil beat the Adonis winner. Before he won the Adonis. Hence the gamble on the fred winter....

Are they at risk of blowing Katpolis mark for this? Surprised to see him entered as assumed he had been put away on a nice mark to come straight here

He could potentially win (not by much) and not have his mark changed. Alot of the field are poor and those with OR’s are actually lower than Katpoli except for Dogon.
