    3 Furlongs Out are pleased to announce their informative and entertaining Cheltenham festival evening in partnership with Star Sports Bookmaker will be held in Cobbles Bar, Newry, Wednesday March 6, 2019. This is definitely a date for your diary.

    For most keen racing fans, a trip to a Cheltenham Festival preview evening is an essential part of their preparation for the four day horse racing spectacular at Prestbury park.

    At our preview evening at the Cobbles bar, Newry there will be expert analysis and offers a plenty throughout this informative event. The compere for the evening is by industry expert Jason Galbraith. Admission is £7. This unmissable event is due to start at 7.30pm sharp.

    The all-star panel will provide tips and expert analysis of leading fancies at the Cheltenham Festival. The details of the five strong panel have been released, more special guests will be added nearer to the date

      Baildon Cricket Club will be hosting its annual Cheltenham Festival Preview Night on Tuesday 5th Match 2019 at 7.30pm (doors 7pm).




      The event will be taking place at Baildon Cricket & Rugby Club, Jenny Lane, Baildon, West Yorkshire, BD17 6RS.




      On the panel this year we have:

      Derek 'Tommo' Thompson (former Channel 4 Racing presenter)

      David Carr (Racing Post)

      Simon Walton (Pro Form Racing)

      Ross Todd (local tipster)

      Ashley Free (Baildon Cricket Club Chairman) - presenter




      Entry is £10 and includes a drink on arrival and food at the interval.




      A raffle will also take place with prizes including:

        £20 entry includes a hotpot meal and there will be a cash bar, last year they had a charity raffle with race days etc. As prizes so would assume the same

                Betfair will be hosting our annual Cheltenham preview evening on Wednesday March 6, featuring a number of racing heavyweights on the panel and loads of enhanced prices on key races. Here's the lowdown...
                The panel, to be chaired by Racing Post editor Tom Kerr, will feature Betfair Ambassadors, Paul Nicholls and Gordon Elliott, Racing Post tipster, Paul Kealy, Racing TV pundit Gary O'Brien, and a number of special guest appearances.
                The evening, hosted at the Emirates Stadium, the home of our betting partners Arsenal, will kick off at 19:30 with regular enhanced prices on big Festival races being offered throughout the evening.
                There will be a number of ticket giveaways ahead of the big night - follow @BetfairRacingand keep an eye out for competitions.
                But don't worry if you're not lucky enough to nab a ticket - it will be live streamed here on Betting.Betfair, on our Facebook page and and @Betfair Twitter account, as well as via Racing Post channels.

                          Yeah that's correct Ista, sadly I couldn't make it last year as I was in Nottingham for uni. I believe 888 also sponsor Notts Forest, the preview night will inevitably be there now I'm back here

                            Sorry to do this Ryan but I just can't let it go... it's NOTTINGHAM Forest. Apologies for being so pedantic but it's kind of a big deal round these parts.

                            888 no longer sponsor the Forest shirts by the way, it's Betbright now, so that might work out for you.
